"Staff in lounge is very helpful"
7 reviews Dariusz Sadecki (Poland)
✅ Trip Verified | Elite lounge is a small part located inside Polonez lounge designed for Gold members and Business travelling outside of Europe. Lounge has dining, seating, working and resting areas with very comfortable seats, sofas and beds. Catering in this lounge in on highest level with bread, meat, choice of cheeses, tuna, salmon etc. There are a few hot dishes to choose with soups and second dishes (sometimes with special polish taste). Also bar and fridge is well equipped. Very nice and interesting thing is free massage service for people staying at the lounge, but I never use it, so I have no opinion about it. Also I have no opinion about Wifi because I never used lounge one. Staff in the lounge is very helpful and friendly and lounge is clean. Only one disadvantage there are no showers inside the lounge.

"variety of alcoholic drinks"
1 reviews Weichi Liu (China)
✅ Verified Review | The lounge is very large. Because it is near Halloween, the lounge layout of various types of pumpkin mas , very atmosphere. There are a variety of alcoholic drinks and various types of carbonated drinks, although the hot food is not very rich. The staff inside the lounge is very active, at any time will take away the garbage on the desktop, the lounge allows passengers to wait for boarding time, get a good rest, very good

"spacious and extremely comfortable"
19 reviews Carlos Brigolas (Portugal)
✅ Verified Review | Elite Plus Lounge in Warsaw is very good for Business Class. Not the LOT lounge but the one they have inside for Horn Circle and Start Alliance Cards. Now the food is amazing, the fresh food, the wine selections. The desert selection I end up taking a cognac with 2 after height, but they even have and made biscuits. Selection of magazines is only in Polish …. Can be better also … But the sofas, the service, they have a chef serving and checking all the food. The lounge is not big, but is spacious and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend a stop there. If you have one of those gold cards.

"best lounge in Warsaw Airport"
M Zidanski (Poland)
✅ Verified Review | One of the nicest lounges I visited. Lounge is divided on many parts, with two kitchens offering extensive selection of hot and cold food, and drinks. Free wifi, ipads for rent. Part of it is Elite Lounge, for Star Alliance Gold has restaurant like menu, little spa, business center. Definitely the best lounge in Warsaw Airport.

"good choice of t drinks"
5 reviews Rafal Pilinski (United Kingdom)
Lounge is nicely designed with some sofas and bar seating. In peak time can be so busy it is hard to find a space available. Internet access using WAW airport wifi. Good choice of soft drinks, hot beverages, wine and spirits. Food offers snacks, salads, soup, cheese, fruits and dessert. Friendly staff.

"Awful. Why bother"
A Jones (Poland)
Awful. Why bother. The Lufthansa lounge 50 m is excellent. Why does LOT bother using this tired old lounge from Korean air where the choice of beverages is poor and the food frankly dreadful.

"lounge is an excellent addition"
U Fischer (United States)
The new LOT/ Star Alliance lounge is an excellent addition. Signage to the lounge can be a little confusing as one can end up in the “old” lounge on the main level. However after locating the lounge upstairs one is greeted in a very modern and open (no ceiling) environment with GOOD natural light. The lounge is not very large but IS comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is available not always available at many airport lounges.

"lounges have basic snacks"
V Rab (United Kingdom)
In WAW there are 3 lounges all with pretty much the same amenities. In the non-schengen area there is Bolero downstairs. Schengen T2 has Ballada which is pretty small it is much better to make the trek to T1 to use Preludium which is larger and far less busy and has a large screen TV. All lounges have a few internet terminals and wi-fi. Lounges have basic snacks as well as candy sandwiches and hot pasta in a cup bar with spirits wine and beer as well as soft drinks/water. There are plenty of international and Polish newspapers and magazines available. There are no showers.

"It's pretty basic"
D Balinowski (United Kingdom)
Lounge is operated by the airport. It's pretty basic. The lounges in Terminal 1 were nicer. Good selection of food and drink. Seating okay. Reading materials provided. Nothing special.
