Used this lounge as a Qatar Airways customer. We know Phnom Penh very well so we knew not to expect too much. Including ourselves there were only 5 people in the lounge. Friendly staff, very quiet, clean toilets. However there were no spirits, but only 2 bottles of good French wine and no wine glasses. There was a selection of soft drinks and cans of Anchor beer. There were a few sandwiches, warm pastries and small cakes. We were Qatar Business Class travellers so we had complimentary access. We would not pay to go into the lounge. It has potential but we were surprised at the lack of hospitality.
