✅ Trip Verified | While the Sasco-lounge is being one of the most expensive agent-lounges worldwide, it's also one of the worst lounges I ever have been to: usually messy and overcrowded with no left seating abilities, stained tables, trash not being removed quickly. Not even standard beer-brands are offered but just the cheapest Vietnamese beer in the market. The same is true for the wine-selection. In addition, in terms of spirits, all whats available is the cheapest Hanoi-vodka, Ballantines, Gibson's Gin and Captain Morgan Rum. The selection of soft-drinks is poor, as well, not even offering Tonic Water for a Gin&Tonic. While food-selection looks impressive, it lacks taste and texture. The 'signature-dish', the local Vietnamese soup 'Pho' does not reflect at all the rich taste and flavor of the original. There are no newspapers, the staff is not helpful and even the screen where to comment how you liked your stay does not work. At peak times (unfortunately I must use the lounge quite often) waiting lines at the entrance are long because of lack of staff. When commenting about the service (yes, there is a comment form) no feedback is given and nothing is changed. Sasco got a monopol (no other lounges allowed at the airport) and uses it to maximize profit to the disadvantage of its customers. The only positive is that the bathrooms are usually clean - which is true for the whole airport however.
