| Their lounge is very disappointing. Firstly, it is hidden: there are no signs for it, not even a tiny one at the lifts you have to use to get up to it. The staff are rude and tend to ignore you. The bathrooms are shabby, in need of maintenance and not very clean. The hot water pressure is good, so you can have a good shower, except that the drains are faulty so the water builds up around your feet. The seating is getting rather grubby. The food is appalling. No hot meals, nothing more than preprepared small ham and cheese portions, with or without a small roll. We went out for a hamburger rather than face this. The wine is ok, and there is bottled water. The wifi is extremely patchy- sometimes good, sometimes awful. Certainly not what you’d expect for the Business Class lounge at their main hub.
