✅ Verified Review | Spacious lounge with good views of the aircraft. Limited food however, mostly snacks. The spring rolls weren't very nice, but the beef samosas were good. Making tea/coffee was hard as you couldn't get your own hot water (they had a very complicated machine) so I had to wait for staff to operate it for me. Something as simple as a kettle or hot water dispenser would've been much more functional. Otherwise, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

✅ Verified Review | I had not visited the lounge for some time so was glad to stop over, relax and get something to eat before my flight to Kisumu. It was quiet, relaxing and had variety of bites and drinks (hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Kenya Airways hospitality at its best.

✅ Verified Review | Large lounge with plenty of different rooms (eating corner, relax, etc.), relatively comfortable, totally sterile atmosphere. Food-wise and drink-wise, one of the worst lounges, with a miserable selection. Coffee is good, but you have to queue, as the coffee machine is under supervision of a dedicated person.

Stopped here for 4 hrs between international flights. Pleasantly surprised with the relaxed atmosphere of this Kenya Airways lounge. The lounge is on the 2nd floor accessed by elevator from near Gate 17. From the concierge area, you enter the lounge into a private quiet area with nice comfortable lounge chairs, a newspaper stand, a selection of books, and an array of tablets line up on a bench. Then further along is another seating area with tables and comfortable chairs for meeting and chatting, then the dining area. In the dining area, where I spent most of my time, tables are spaced apart for privacy and there is a large screen TV showing news channels with the volume turned down. There are benches stretching along the window in a semi-circle. There was a good selection of food to choose from, including roast chicken, beef stroganoff, mixed vegetables, and a selection of white or red wine, and Tusker beer. Very clean bathrooms. There is a shower area too. As I was not a business class traveller but had a Skyteam elite card I paid $40 for the privilege which I felt was worth the money.

The opening of the new Terminal area includes the new Simba and Pride Lounges (I saw both). The new lounges are world class with great food and beverage options (excellent wines) WIFI varied seating areas including quiet business & TV lounge areas and shower rooms. These lounges are a wonderful refuge before a long flight and service was excellent! This was a huge change from previous years flights from NBO.
