Hong Kong Airlines

Hong Kong Airlines Bauhinia lounge was a very relaxing place. Food was very limited but okay to good. Loved the egg tart and the sweet tofu. Staff was welcoming. The place is very cozy and you can choose to stay in quiet and relaxing areas or bright and busy areas. I also like the location because it is easy to find.

Used this lounge as a Philippine Airlines customer. The lounge is pretty small, but relatively well kept. Food selection a little limited, but the drink selection is respectable. The beer available is Tsing Tao, but not a deal breaker. Good wine selection. Wifi speed is good. No gate announcements, but the staff makes it a point to monitor the flights of the patrons.

Written from the Hong Kong Airlines lounge in HKG prior to my flight to Hanoi. This is a small but quite comfortable lounge with spectacular views onto the tarmac and the active runway. The receptionists are friendly, and the staff bustles about keeping everything clean and neat. There is a good variety of food options, although most cater to Asian tastes, which is to be expected. The bar is self-service and well stocked - including top shelf spirits and an acceptable sparkling wine. One small negative is that there is no hot water in the lavatory for washing up. This was my also my complaint about EVA's Star Lounge at TPE. I miss the old HKG at Kai Tak, but if you are going to be at the new airport, this is a very pleasant place to await your flight.

Accommodating staff in this longue not too big but with all the comforts. Good wifi signal and the availability of internet access points with iMac 27". Buffet with a great choice of Chinese and international dishes, cooked expressed, fresh fruit and good choice of drinks. Very attentive to our every request, relaxing atmosphere.

Located near the gate 23 of Hong Kong Airport, this is a very good lounge, spacious and plenty of seating. Good food and drinks choices available, with some made to order options. Free wifi and quiet separate area for a lie down and shut eye. Particularly impressive is the fact that it overlooks the tarmac, gives you a sense of going on a holiday. This is a great place to spend an hour or two before flying.

A very impressive lounge located near gate 23 with a clear view of the runway. The variety of food and drinks offered is amazing, staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room to lounge about, computers and printers available. There is also an area where you can take a quite nap which is dimly lit and away from the crowd. It is worth mentioning that some dishes are available by ordering, they make fresh for you, a very nice touch indeed.

Quite a nice rather small lounge positioned one level down from the main gate area. Staff were very nice and friendly when I visited and offered help for everything. Good selection of hot and cold food and wide choice of beverages wine etc. Managed to find newspapers ands magazines that I like found a comfortable sleep and relaxed for 2 hours. Lacking of shower facilities but I guess there is no room to offer this in the facility looking at the size. For a small airline I thought this was a great lounge overall - and it was staff service that was so nice.
