Premier Club - Honolulu Airport
12 reviews Jan Muehle (Germany)
Not Verified | We used the Hawaiian Club at Honolulu for inter-island flights. While it is nice that Hawaiian does provide a lounge for these very short flights, the club was not very impressive when it comes to snacks and drinks. There was a machine for fountain drinks, a coffee machine and tea. No snacks were offered when we were there. That was a bit disappointing. It is a quiet place and good enough if you want to work. No windows to distract you. The furniture seemed to be new and it was clean. Better than nothing but definitely it a reason to go to the airport earlier.

"Overall vibe is cheap"
Peter Pomeranze (United States)
✅ Verified Review | As an international business class lounge, this Plumeria Lounge is a big failure. Overall vibe is cheap and thrown together. Food and drink offerings are pathetic. Staff is cold and some were not great English speakers. If Hawaiian wants to play with the big boys on an international scale they need to do much better then this embarrassment.

"no bathroom in the lounge"
4 reviews Brett Kero (Australia)
The Hawaiian Airlines lounge at Hilo Airport recently had a refurbishment and it looks better. The wifi is super fast, but the lounge can get crowded due to it being a frequent flyer lounge not business lounge. It has limited snacks and coffee that's it - and 2 TVs. No announcements are made, so you have to keep eye on time for your flight. Also there is no bathroom in the lounge. There is also no staff in the lounge.

"great improvement over the old lounge"
4 reviews Brett Kerrison (Australia)
Hawaiian Airlines Plumeria lounge at Honolulu Airport is a great improvement over the old frequent flyer lounge. Good wine bar, snacks, sandwiches sweets and a much quieter atmosphere. This lounge is for international business passengers only.

"a very poor lounge"
B Kero (Australia)
As an Hawaiian platinum member and business/first passenger, Hawaiian Airlines have always had a very poor lounge in Honolulu with coffee soft drink and wifi only. Their new first lounge upstairs at Honolulu has a wine bar, more snacks, sandwiches etc, a good coffee machine and a very quiet location. Good wifi and staff. All it is missing is beer and spirits and it would be a true first/business lounge.

"lounge has undergone renovation"
Brett Kero (Australia)
The lounge has undergone renovation to make it cleaner and a better layout. For frequent flyers it's a good lounge wife coffee soft drinks and packet nibbles for first or business it's not a good
lounge. No cocktails or hot food any sort of meals. Hawaiian would do better enticing more business and first class if they made a lounge for those classes as well as keeping their frequent flyer lounge. At Honolulu airport you are limited to lounge use. I'm a sapphire one world and no lounges available.

"no staff were seen"
T Jacobs (United States)
Furniture appears to be from the mid 80s. Not comfortable. No private toilets. Has a soda dispenser and a few coffee thermoses. No TV showing flight status. There appears to be a desk for an attendant but no staff were seen for the two hours we were there. There is free WiFi but that's about the only reason to visit this lounge. It's worth noting however that the WiFi login page's certificate was expired.

"no food on offer"
M Barry (Australia)
This has to go down as the worst airline lounge I have been in. The air was thick with the smell of stale cigarette smoke it is a non smoking lounge. There is no food on offer not even a cracker and signs everywhere stating outside food is not allowed in lounge - offer some food if you don't want guests bringing it in. Coffee soda and juice are the items on offer. Very poor for a Business lounge Hawaiian Airlines should be ashamed.

"lounge itself is clean"
W Bleeker (Australia)
The lounge itself is clean and well maintained. Seats are comfortable and it provides a respite from the noise of the rest of the terminals. The lounge falls short on catering miserably. People who pay premium prices for first/business class service or for Premier/Pualani Gold/Platinum memberships deserve far more than juice packets pretzels and coffee which they receive in coach class flights. Especially when other airline club lounges offer much more in varieties of foods like pastries fruits hot/cold foods beverages including alcoholic beverages. Hawaiian should work on this.

"no food, no alcohol"
W Bleeker (Australia)
Truly pathetic no food, no alcohol? Coffee and soft drinks? Extremely lame by world standards. One would think they would improve their offering considering what their partners like Qantas offer.
