✅ Trip Verified | Hainan Airlines and carriers such as Hong Kong Airlines use the recently completed Hainan Club in terminal 2 at PEK. The room is large and comfortable and quite uncrowded (at least for early morning departures ). There is a good view of the tarmac out the large windows, but there was no activity on the ramp while I was at the club. The food offerings were clearly directed at oriental taste, with elaborate choices for salads, but no traditional western breakfast options. Strangely, there was also a broad range of desserts available at 6:00 AM. Beverage options were generous, including a good quality champagne. The lounge was very well staffed with employees eager to serve and lightning quick to remove used glasses and dishes. I will be visiting the club again on Friday, and I will be curious to see if the food options are more plentiful for afternoon flights.

Not Verified | Very nice international lounge, comfortable and not busy with card holders like too many lounges now. However, I arrived, had a quick look around and had a coffee. When I went for food it had gone, they finish very early, only operating for 1 and a half hours. A member of staff was very helpful but it couldn’t bring the food back!

✅ Verified Review | The Business lounge in Brussels Zaventem airport located in the international terminal (Terminal B) is quite decent. The staff is nice and the lounge is orderly and clean. There's not a lot of space, so, I wonder if it can get packed quickly (never happen to me but, who knows...). The food is actually quite good and there's some Belgian beer to get. The seating itself is comfortable and the wifi is good. Each time I was there, it was pretty silent, people are respectful and it's a nice place to relax before a flight or get some work done.

✅ Verified Review | Arrived for at 5am for a 7am flight with the heavy security presence at Urumqi Airport. However the Hainan Airlines Lounge did not open until 6am. Also, there are actually two separate lounges for Hainan Airlines, either side of the Security Checkpoint in Terminal 2. However the lounge opposite Gate 12 features full dining for about 40 people and a small rest area, the Gate 11 lounge has only snacks and a few drink options with regular airline lounge seating. Upon entering the lounge on opening, it turns out that breakfast would not arrive until 6:30am. However despite this, the staff were great and attentive to passenger needs. The breakfast was mostly suited for Chinese tastes with plenty of small sandwiches available for others who prefer more western tastes. Regardless, it was delicious and good before I rushed off to board my flight. There were computer tablets available for use in the lounge, similar to the onboard IFE tablets, but I did not look at them. As for English newspapers or magazines, there was two editions of the New York Times that were two months old, everything else was in Chinese.

✅ Verified Review | New lounge, beautiful, and well equipped. Very nice service, friendly and helpful staff. Nice drink, but I missed the food due to the short stay due to the long queue in the check-in, but look nice. The only comment is the poor air-conditioning, it was very hot, and talked with staff who has not able to solve the problem, the setting temperature was 16C, but the room temperature was still at 29 C.

✅ Verified Review | The new Hainan Airlines lounge at Beijing Terminal 2 is very well set up! Seats are very comfortable, some faces outside providing a great view of the runway. There are plenty of good foods and beverages. Not to mention the ice cream. The staff are very nice. There were old ladies who wanted fruits. Due to their physical condition, they were not able to attend the bar themselves and they were in a hurry to board their plane. The young lady staff is so nice who packed fruits in small boxes for the two passengers to enjoy later.

For domestic lounge very nice and was quiet when I visited very early after opening I the morning. Chef area was doing cooked noodles etc, but I went to smaller and quieter lounge area where just a cold buffet. Shower and toilet looked clean, staff very courteous and nice, but some of them had limited English language skills. All in all, very good for domestic but needs to be bugger I guess.

New spacious lounge with comfortable chairs and sofas. A special area with massage chairs and TVs. Pod chairs. A business area with PCs. Plenty of outlets and flat screen TVs everywhere. Snacks hot (soup dim sum) and cold (salads sandwiches) and a variety of beverages are available with a central self-service counter international magazines and newspapers. Showers and clean restrooms. Toilets are high tech! WiFi works well. Flights are announced. Separate security checkpoint for first and business class and elite members provides entrance to the lounge which has direct access to gates. English proficiency of some staff was limited.
