✅ Verified Review | During afternoon rush hours the lounge is overcrowded. No empty seats, barely any empty table corner to place a glass, people wandering around looking for place to sit down making the lounge feel very restless. Food salads, soup and a couple of warm dishes from self service buffet, quality varies a lot, sometimes very good, sometimes the total opposite. Outside rush hours nice and relaxing.

Lounge is very big and gives a pleasant feeling once you enter. Several TV's on mute showing news and computers that are always shutoff. Lounge has a neat toilet, for some reason they always leave paper towels on the counter (way too much, always). Disappointing issue is the food-area. 1 out of 7 times i had a chance to taste a good soup, salad looks very un-attractive and should be presented in a better way, there are no sandwiches, pastries, cakes or any other good "snacks"! Once they had only coffee buns, another time they had only crackers. This is unacceptable in Business Class standards to have such food offerings. otherwise no complaints.

One of the worst hub lounges I have ever visited. Packed with 90% of the seats full. Hot food consisted of tomato soup, potatoes and a pretty poor curry. Salad bar had wilting lettuce and only a couple other items. Soup and bread ran out quickly and took time to be replaced. Two draft beers, neither very good. Screwcap sparkling wine (never seen that before). Chocolate donuts were the sweets on offer.

Coté siège, vous aviez le choix entre des sièges droits devant une table, ou des sièges basculants face aux pistes. malheureusement c'est sièges se sont avéré très inconfortables, avec notamment une barre dans le dos. The lounge was nice and feels okay. But it was full of people (on the outbound and return flight) - many people seeking a place to sit. Side seat, you had a choice of seats at a table or rocking chairs facing the outside. Unfortunately the seats have been very uncomfortable.

Service and friendliness have been outstanding in this Finnair Premium Lounge, you feel as a guest. Food choice and beverages at a high standard, excellent wine selection. Love the clean scandinavian design and style, felt comfy and relaxed between the two flights. One of the best airport lounges I´ve been to.

The Finnair lounge at Helsinki Vantaa Airport was exceptional, spacious, clean and helpful staff. Great food (they are not here to provide a 5 star meal) and if that is what you want go pay for it. It's a convenience lounge with great snacks, good food and extensive alcoholic options. Ample seating options.

I am undergoing the somewhat surreal experience of flying Finnair from Brussels to Singapore via Helsinki. Everything has been several points below average. But now I am in the Finnair Business Lounge at Helsinki Airport with several hours to kill. We were told there would be a 2 hour wait before the dinner menu was served. It has now arrived. It consists of a baked potato with optional tuna mayo. Nothing else. I have never, ever had such a poor experience in a Business Lounge. It would be funny, if only it was not so disappointing. I will do everything to avoid the repeat of the whole miserable Finnair experience.

Finnair frequent flyer lounge at Helsinki Vantaa Airport is a beautiful lounge, nice views, great lighting, and overall very relaxing. The food could be better, but no other complaints. Definitely one of the best lounges out there!

Crowded and with poor access. Staircase or one very busy elevator. Very limited food but drink options quite ok. Not really anywhere to relax and check in can be too time consuming. Finnair know how to do it properly with their their Non-Schengen lounge. Why they offer this product is strange considering the airline itself continues to improve.

Spacious, comfortable and relaxing lounge. Reclining chairs with views are pleasant. Food is just ok while the drink options are fine. Very short walk to all non-Schengen gates. So much better than the Schengen lounge it is hard to believe it belongs to the same airline.
