"poorest lounge I have ever seen"
Chris German (Germany)
Not Verified | This is one of the poorest lounge experiences I have had. It starts with the fact that you have to drag your luggage up the stairs - no elevator provided. Then you enter a spacious, but quite sterile room without atmosphere. Now, if you expect to get any food then you are wrong. They are worse than any cheap US lounge. Nothing at all provided, not even crackers or cheese or a yoghurt, just nothing! On the huge counter there are some nuts and one selection of crackers, that is it. I wanted to have a coffee, but the machine makes some horrible artifical instant drink which is an offense to anybody. Plus there are not even real cups, just cheap gas station small paper cups. Conclusion: this new terminal was just opened and I was hoping to find some nice lounge. But quality has gone down to zero. This is in fact the poorest lounge I have ever seen. I am sorry I have to say that openly.

"a substantial improvement"
25 reviews W. Robert Kmen (United States)
✅ Verified Review | This Prime Class third party lounge (and the ZAG terminal ) are brand new. Everything is clean, modern and shiny. The bar is reasonably well stocked, but without rum or sparkling wine. I imagine that they must get many Russian passengers as there are four or five different vodka brands. I visited in early morning, and there were wrapped sandwiches, pastries, and cereals available. The bathroom was clean, but did not offer hot water, and the soap de spender was empty. Perhaps I was overdressed ( coat & tie ), but the lounge seemed too hot and humid for real comfort. In any event, the lounge seems to be a substantial improvement over what other commenters wrote about the lounge in the former terminal.

"one of the worst I put a foot into"
Patrick Suess (Germany)
This is a very poor Croatia Airlines lounge and one of the worst I put a foot into. Food is rather made up by some pickles. Selection of drinks is quite limited. Size of the lounge is also very small.
