✅ Trip Verified | Alitalia lounge at New York JFK was dull, outdated and the food selection was embarrassing. The staff at the check in were chatting on their mobile instead of paying attention to customers. The worst business class lounge I have experienced.

Not Verified | What an improvement. I must write that any Alitalia lounge i had visited in the past, was such poor quality. Casa Italia really earned its name well. Very friendly and professional welcome when entering the lounge. Large lounge with plenty of seating, plenty of staff attending to lounge. Typical Italian fresh pizza and pasta, Plenty of cured meat and vegetables. Very good and quality food, Large bar serving you any drink. I have visited this lounge several times already the past months and will be visiting it again in two weeks.

✅ Trip Verified | By far one of the best lounges I've visited this year: brand new, quiet, and classy. Excellent food offer: regional Italia specialties (Taleggio, ricotta affumicata, fresh baked pizza's), superior cutlery and fine dinnerware. Attentive staff: a staff member re-arranged the fruit cuts on the plate after every other person was taking some bits, so that it would look nice. We asked for a shower: after less than 10min. a staff member came to us and escorted us to the showers when ready to use. We had the feeling of having dinner in a good restaurant, with excellent espresso at the end

✅ Trip Verified | Bad experience ever. Just came out now from the domestic lounge. After more than 20 hours of flying myself with one year old baby on Etihad Airways, we went to the lounge as I am Etihad gold member and I’ve been kicked away in a “nice way” just because my little one was a little bit noisy. On top of that the service was really bad at the reception and food was really poor!! I will avoid it next time.

✅ Verified Review | Limited food and beverage selection but was nice food for snack and refreshment and also not so much seating space, but location is quite okay, at the centre almost all of the boarding gate. I was okay for short time waiting, but if there's delay, then will be bored as it is only at a quite small Lounge.

✅ Verified Review | The Alitalia Business Class lounge near terminal E at Rome Fiumicino is a real disappointment. Quite small, it has a bar counter where one has to request any type of drink from a couple of tired barmen (who complain about their workload all the time). This includes asking for coffee, alcoholic drinks or even a glass of water. A couple of small tables present a few uninviting snacks. Given the limited space, I had to sit on the only available chair - which was unoccupied only because it was broken. Used dishes and cutlery wait on the side tables for the infrequent service. Next time I shall pay at one of the cafeterias or fly with another airline.

✅ Verified Review | The Dolci Vita Lounge is located in T1 before the check in area. If you are a business traveler you can check in your bags inside the lounge. They offer some pastries, coffee and many drinks. I went in to try their flight simulator but I was then told but the crew that it no longer exist! It's a medium size lounge. But I personally prefer the the Casa Alitalia inside the terminal

✅ Verified Review | This is probably one of the best Alitalia lounges. It's a busy lounge but large inside and stylish. It offers bed-like seats and I actually good a good 2-3 hours of sleep. Food is very good but not excellent. Wine is good too. The staff are very welcoming and very nice and professional. I do recommend to use this lounge. It is possible to have a shower inside the lounge. Toilets were clean.

✅ Verified Review | This lounge gets busy but is great. Shame that it is open to Priority Pass and Paid entry as this does mean it can get mobbed but is a fabulous lounge because of the food and drink available. Really tasty food including freshly made Pizza, Pasta and Bruschetta. Wide selection of drinks. Great cappuccinos at the bar. Showers are well maintained and nice products available. Wifi fast.

✅ Verified Review | Recently renovated lounge, plenty of choice for food and typical Italian wines, I think it's the only airport lounge with a pizza maker who make the pizza in real time for the guest. Good selection of magazines and newspapers, the lounge at certain times it is a bit crowded, the bathrooms are generally quite clean as well as the showers. Of course, great coffee and cappuccino.
