Not Verified | I had an economy ticket from Belgrade to Ljubjana, Slovenia, but I paid my way to Air Serbia Business lounge. Price was Euro 35. That was a total mistake. The lounge is a joke. It is dark, unfriendly with terrible food. Avoid it, please. In comparison it's much better to join one of the cafes elsewhere at the airport. An airport which by the way is more or less a dump.

✅ Verified Review | Great lounge experience. Clean, delicate, quiet, just about the right amount and variety of food. Restrooms in impeccable condition. Staff very welcoming and attentive, also comes with a barista experience. Only thing I can think of missing; some reclining chairs?

Comfortable, very good internet, plenty of electrical sockets, very attentive people, trying very much to be of service at all times. Food was excellent, served as in a restaurant with a nice choice of Serbian wines. A very good place to wait for a plane.

Had a long lay over Abu Dhabi to Malta via Belgrade. Service was excellent, lounge spotless and excellent a la carte food offerings. Very helpful staff, did not have adapter for charging but a USB charger which was efficient. Maybe I was lucky as not so many other passengers, but speak as I found.

I was greeted by a hostess at the door. But the staff working in the lounge were more busy with the telephone and talking to each other then serving the guest. I was the only customer at that time. Food great selection but the staff forgot to put the heater on and the chillers. So all the hot food was cold and yogurt was hot. After 40 min I got contact with the staff and the heaters and chillers where put on. Overall mixed feelings sometimes the experience is great and sometimes poor.

Recently opened Air Serbia lounge located next to A5 exit is very modern and with excellent service. You are greeted by hostesses that take care of your carry on if you want to store it and walk you to the sitting area. Service in the lounge is personalized and the menu is restaurant like with a great selection of dishes and drinks. Washroom and showers are well maintained and clean; WiFi works well. I rated lounge comfort with 4 due to the absence of reclining chairs for sleeping.
