✅ Trip Verified | SAS misplaced my luggage. While the agent at the airport was relatively helpful, when we called regarding the status of my lost luggage, the person on the phone was less than helpful. In fact, she was basically clueless. Other than that, when we departed Visby, we experienced an efficient process.
