"poor quality of housekeeping service"

✅ Trip Verified | The airport has got very poor quality of housekeeping service. Our flight was at 10:30 pm and we arrived airport around 8 pm. To our surprise there were lots of mosquitoes at seating place. After complaining to airport authorities they have given us number to call housekeeping incharge. He arrived there after more than half an hour. And he blindly said us that either we have to seat in front of AC flow or bear the mosquitoes as he cant do fogging. He just given us this excuse and walked out from there. I have observed few foreign traveller also there.

Tiruchirappalli Airport is a rather small airport, not modern and sophisticated. Main lobby is poorly lit. Bathrooms are smelly and stained. Refreshment stalls are fair. Certainly needs more improvements.
