A bit crowded here and there in Terminal 5. Check-in desks are lacking and most Star Alliance carriers are handled by SAS at a few desks. Arlanda Express quite expensive. Wi-fi is not free unlike many world airports. Despite this good airport and efficient (arrivals immigration is a bit too small though).

Really nice airport. Flew from T5 and everything went well. They have a few shops and a couple of bars and even have a smoking room! Airport very well connected to the city by train bus or taxi.

Whilst not the newest airport on the block Arlanda is actually a really nice airport to spend some time in. Arlanda Express is the best way from downtown to the airport. T2 and T4 are compact making for a quick walk from security to gate and vice versa. T5 is more spread out but the international Star Alliance departures wing is tastefully decorated and relaxing (the donuts at Robert's Coffee are the best!!!). Whislt the shopping at SkyCity isn't great it provides a terrific place to watch planes take off which passes time well. Check-in queues are long at T5 and T2 but T4 is a breeze.

Arlanda is well connected by the Arlanda Express (but this stops at 11:30pm why???). The airport check in is tiresome and takes a long time security is fine and well run. Airside has reasonable facilities but really pricey. If you are able to remain in your own terminal everything is cool but if for any reason you have to transfer to another it is a lengthy business with stupidly long walks.

Check in is quick and painless as is security. The airport in general is quiet efficient and well laid out. Shopping is average but I don't go to an airport to shop. It still has a small smoking area! Also the Arlanda Express is fantastic - clean timely and efficient.

I liked this airport very much. I used it 4 time during last month for arrivals and departures domestic and international. Passport control is not fas t in T2 as only two desks were open. Food choice is good in all terminals (I used T2 T3 T4 and T5). Toilets clean staff is very courteous and competent. Perfect connections to the city by bus and train. What I disliked there was somewhat claustrophobic design of older terminals. Otherwise it is a very well run airport not bright and polished but 100% functional.

The city is fantastic people are great country one of the best but I find this airport claustrophobic. It runs efficiently is clean the transport system is one of the best in the world but the terminals are so dark encompassing without the airiness and spaciousness of Helsinki or Oslo. But it is the gateway to Sweden and Stockholm and both are worth visiting numerous times.

Arrival was smooth and very efficient. Money exchange ticket purchase for bus/train signposting all was very good. The return didn't match. No signposting of airlines for the different terminals so you get off the bus on chance. Check-in was not smooth as the baggage conveyor did not work initially. There was an extremely long queue for security with about 200 people in line. After they opened a third X-ray machine things improved. In the departure gates area of terminal 2 there are far too few seats the duty free does not offer any form of alcoholic beverage (beer to spirits) for EU-travelers. Staff at boarding was not exactly friendly The general impression of terminal 2 is it being old and worn. Then again that maybe is what you get for flying a low-cost airline.

I agree this airport is very clean and efficient. Despite the new security rules there was almost no queue at security control baggage arrived quickly on arrival no queue at passport control and plenty of seats whilst waiting. My only complaint is that options for food/drink are rather limited and expensive.

Very efficient and clean airport. The walk up to the baggage claim has a number of shops selling a variety of items. Baggage claim was quite fast. Adequate number of trolleys. Money Exchange counter was adequately staffed. Sweden though part of EU still uses Swedish Kroner. Took the Airport Bus to Stockholm. The airport is well signposted and there was no confusion in approaching the counter to buy the bus ticket and take the bus. On the return journey to CDG flew out from Terminal 5 again. Number of Checkin counters for SAS and the Star Alliance Flights though all flights have the same line. The Tax refund counter in the airport for purchases made in Sweden and being carried out was fast. Duty free shops are very limited and prices are not exactly cheap. Security Check was also fast and clean. The staff are courteous and English is widely spoken. Arlanda is spacious clean and quite an efficient airport.
