"too chilled for me"
E Kurrikoff (Estonia)
It's a small modern airport with a really nice look. On arrival there were some 200 people arriving from Lisbon. So lines for immigration and visa counters looked really long at first. However, it took only 30-40 minutes to clear immigration and collect baggage. As there is only one or less international flights per day there is no bank at the airport and the ATM wasn't working. You can still pay with euros for taxis if needed and there is an official list of taxi fares posted close to one of entrances. On departure for domestic flights everything worked well. There are some small shops and a café with normal prices in the main hall. There was nothing opened on departure hall as you enter it only before flight departure. They probably open the small cafe for international departures. The strangest thing was that there was no security control at all before domestic departures. I have no idea if it's usual or not but many locals were surprised. It's easygoing life on the islands but it seemed too chilled for me.
