"Very unpleasant experience"
Kyle Powers (United States)
Not Verified | I went there and they did only not notify about my flight being canceled, but when I got there they told me that my flight was moved to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. First things first, Allegiant does not fly out of Sky Harbor and I found that out the hard way. I went back into the Mesa airport and yelled out hello very loudly. A lady came out and said she's new and In training as well as the other guy I spoke to. I ended up coming from Tucson Arizona. So I ended up traveling well over 250 miles and all they had to say was sorry we are "Under Staffed". I could care less what's going on. Do your homework and job instead of making excuses and lies for something you know nothing about! I asked for a Hotel and shuttle for the inconvenience and they also said it's out of our control and this happens sometimes. Very unpleasant experience. Absolute disregard and care for customers.

"everything you need for a small convenient airport"
Joy Kloke (United States)
It has everything you need for a small convenient airport. One of my carry on bags flew off the top of my Jeep on the way to the airport, I found a nice selection of ones to replace it in the shop and the food in the restaurant was very good, all the service there was great. I had my service dog, the security was educated on what documents was needed to prove he was a real service dog. The added bonus was they have a small Pet rest area. What a gem, instead of fighting all the Skyharbor hubbub.
