Palonegro Intl Airport

Main hub in Northeast Colombia. Although small, the terminal is clean and tidy. Tends to get crowded during peak hours. As many airports in Colombia, renovation is taking place. Most of the terminal is air-conditioned, immigration and customs was fast as was luggage delivery. The airport has ATMs, some souvenir shops and a small observation deck. Flight arrival and departure announcements need improvement with regard to acoustics as information can barely be heard while waiting in the food court (airconditioning will be more than welcome in this area). Let's see what the airport looks after renovation is completed. Pleasant experience. Wifi connectivity was very good.
