Naples Municipal Airport

✅ Trip Verified | I would like to say a very special thank you to the security staff that helped my friend and I last week at Naples Airport. A friend had travelled earlier that day and inadvertently left his iPad behind in security. We only had a short time before our departure to try and retrieve it for him. The staff were fast, efficient and located the iPad within minutes! After running through some security checks we were able to take the iPad home, back to its owner, saving everyone a lot of time and energy. I don’t usually write reviews but the service we received from the security staff was first class and deserved a mention.

✅ Trip Verified | We arrived 3 hours early to check in and it took us 3.5 hours in line to actually check in. People were fainting as it’s June and the air conditioning was broken. Then the ticket agent said she wasn’t sure they would hold the plane - simultaneously- the tracking system for checked luggage broke down. It was a nightmare experience - there were so many people going to Dublin for connections. They ended up holding the plane because no one could get through to get on it. I’ll avoid Napoli airport like the plague it is.

The airport has a quick checkin counter right outside where you arrive with the taxi. This led to a checkin time for our Delta flight (including one checked in luggage) of just 4 minutes after I got out of the taxi. Security was fast too never experienced such a comfortable on boarding on any flight.
