✅ Trip Verified | Staff very unfriendly. Not willing to help. United Airlines policies assume all passengers must have a credit/ debit card (staff doesn’t take cash a form of payment). Staff doesn’t approach customers friendly to help find alternatives. United Airlines staff doesn’t help passengers to do the check in process. Again, the personal expectation is that ALL passengers know how about technology. Age or social status might be an issue regarding use of electronic devices.
