✅ Trip Verified | Arrival: Clean and spacious airport. However the luggage/baggage arrival area appears small and congested. Taxi counters are available near the exit. Departure: Checked in online and print ticket using the kiosks available in the airport. Thumbs up. However, upon entering the departure gate, the officer who are on duty, did not recognise the ticket (ticket from kiosk is thinner, more plasticky compared to thicker ticket from the counter) and questioned me of having a fake ticket! She maintained her politeness though, but still, how come your own staff didn't recognise ticket which you own airport (albeit kiosk) produce. Otherwise, the rest of the experience was good. Spacious and clean airport with abundant seats. A bit too cold.

Not Verified | We were flying to Kuala Lumpur from Madinah airport through group reservation on Feb 22, 2020. The check-in counter staff separated all of us. When we wanted to exchange seats with fellow group members the crew were not really helpful. All the havoc could easily have been avoided had the check-in counter staff been more accommodating when seating passengers according to their family groupings. Do not assign seats according to your mood or whims and fancies for that day. It is very unprofessional. Next is the passenger security scan. Ladies and men security scans were separated. At the scan, even folding chair cum walking stick was confiscated. How do you suppose the passenger is going to walk to the gate when the walking stick is taken away? My 87-year-old mother wears a lumbar support waistband. She was told to remove it and go through the scan again. How to remove without privacy at that scan area? Security lady can easily be more sensitive and take her to a more private place.

✅ Trip Verified | First time arriving in this beautiful country together with wife for umrah. Arrived by Malaysia Airlines A380 and departure with same aircraft. Facilities well kept. staff welcome us with a smile. Easy flow for arriving and departing.

❌ Not Verified | Bags didn’t arrive with us. Jeddah staff were probably responsible for this mishap. Didn’t issue a receipt for luggage. Medina staff were very efficient and tracked and delivered bags a day later. However, they still kept on calling us back to ask if we received bags. Staff at check in counter not efficient at all. Didn’t return our passports. We walked off only to realize that it wasn’t returned to us and returned to fetch passports. Check in and departure were delayed. Most disgusting of all was the foul smelling toilets below the beautiful mosque outside the airport.

✅ Verified Review | Convenient location - only 15 mins from the Mosque. Excellent modern facilities. Nice simple elegant layout with steelwork reflecting date palm trees. Convenient location of cafetarias, toilets and prayer rooms. Friendly staff and security personnel. Clean and tidy. Ample seating facilities
