Not Verified | We were flying to Kuala Lumpur from Madinah airport through group reservation on Feb 22, 2020. The check-in counter staff separated all of us. When we wanted to exchange seats with fellow group members the crew were not really helpful. All the havoc could easily have been avoided had the check-in counter staff been more accommodating when seating passengers according to their family groupings. Do not assign seats according to your mood or whims and fancies for that day. It is very unprofessional. Next is the passenger security scan. Ladies and men security scans were separated. At the scan, even folding chair cum walking stick was confiscated. How do you suppose the passenger is going to walk to the gate when the walking stick is taken away? My 87-year-old mother wears a lumbar support waistband. She was told to remove it and go through the scan again. How to remove without privacy at that scan area? Security lady can easily be more sensitive and take her to a more private place.

❌ Not Verified | Bags didn’t arrive with us. Jeddah staff were probably responsible for this mishap. Didn’t issue a receipt for luggage. Medina staff were very efficient and tracked and delivered bags a day later. However, they still kept on calling us back to ask if we received bags. Staff at check in counter not efficient at all. Didn’t return our passports. We walked off only to realize that it wasn’t returned to us and returned to fetch passports. Check in and departure were delayed. Most disgusting of all was the foul smelling toilets below the beautiful mosque outside the airport.
