Not Verified | The staff are helpful and the airport is so user friendly. I accidently dropped my Aadhaar card somewhere maybe in the flight or the airport without me knowing. They found it and gave it to me in the shuttle bus. They saved me so much trouble.

✅ Verified Review | There is no jet bridge at Lucknow airport, so you have walk down the stairs from the aircraft and board a bus. Overall, the airport is very small so there isn't much walking to do. During my return flight, I arrived at Lucknow airport 3 hours before departure (standard practice at many US airports). I was told to sit in a waiting area and check-in 2 hours before departure. Check-in bags are screened before you visit the check-in counter. Once you clear security, the boarding area is small with limited seating.
