Kiruna Airport

✅ Trip Verified | Arrivals: When you arrive at Kiruna, you enter the baggage hall, which is about the size of a large living room in a house. Our luggage was delivered promptly and we were on our way to Kiruna within 20 mins of arriving. Departure: As you enter the room, you enter a small area taken up with self check in machines and a carrel for getting passengers through security. Once through security, you enter a waiting room where you can sit and wait for your flight. There is a small cafe. I was very disappointed with Kiruna airport as last time I flew in and out of Kiruna in 2009, there was plenty of space between the door and security, there were check in counters and there was a nice sized cafe and shop that you could go to before entering security. The good thing about Kiruna Airport is that the aircraft pulls up about 20 - 30m from the door. I'd recommend arriving at Kiruna between 45m and 1 hour before your flight.

✅ Verified Review | Small airport with a coffee shop, domestic travel only. Local bus is there when a plane arrives and takes you into town. The bus company keeps up to date with flight delays so there is no panic, it will be there when you land. No smoking room once you pass the security check.
