"airport seating layout was pathetic"
Christopher Jermia (Indonesia)
Not Verified | Jakarta Halim Airport is a secondary airport after Soekarno Hatta Airport, with a lot of Citilink and Batik Air flights. The terminals here were converted from the airport's International terminal, and the result for me is a bit pathetic. No clear signs on what to do on transiting, or where you should go, instead you have to go to the arrivals area and re-enter the departures area. There are a lot of F&Bs and shops outside the terminal but the numbers decreased inside the terminal. The cleanliness is good, Wi-Fi was adequate, signs were adequate, but the airport seating layout was pathetic. There were gates 4-8, and where's 1-3? Overall I do think that this is an adequate airport but it is not recommended for transiting. Staffs were, like most Indonesian airports, friendly and fast.
