| Flight to Amsterdam was canceled due to the weather conditions, that’s how it was and acceptable. The handling at the airport was unacceptable all over. The help desk appeared ignorant and arrogant to the affected customers. The assisting crew (only 2) at the counters were ignoring our need for help and it appeared as they picked people by names and not from the huge crowded 2 lines. Compared to other airports around the world, this incident yesterday October 11th was the worst I have ever been a part of and the airport should absolutely evaluate the lack of service provided to KLM and the customers involved. Do hope for improvement in the future matters concerned.
