Not Verified | The second security is designed to isolate those waiting at the gates from the general already secured area where there are no seating areas. Instead, there are many Duty Free shops and a couple of restaurants. There are no restaurants or vendors in the waiting areas. Besides an inconvenience, the second security check (shoes off etc) serves to incentivize shopping. If you wish to sit outside the second secure area, you must patronize a restaurant.
