Not Verified | The longest, worst and most exhausting airport experience I ever had. Only 3 boarding pass barriers for thousands of passengers before the security check. Took more than an hour in that queue.

✅ Trip Verified | Fantastic well functioning airport, all the shops and facilities you need, it took almost no time to get through passport control and security check, friendly staff all in all an exceptionally good experience

✅ Trip Verified | Very dirty airport all over. From gates, restrooms to restaurants seems no cleaning. Departing from terminal F, the most crowded terminal, only very few options to sit. Probably less than 1% of passenger can have a seat. Absolutely no charging options. The total airport experience is way below average in Europe.

✅ Trip Verified | At this otherwise quite nice airport, there are no charging sockets anywhere to be found. One has to charge one's devices in smelly toilets or hunt for a cleaning sockets somewhere on corridors or other odd places. No chance to sit comfortably while charging, one has to either stand, or sit on floor. There are no sets at departures gates in international C wing. No walkators either.

✅ Trip Verified | Another one of these airports for which making money from shopping is more important than traveler convenience. Long distances you have to walk - no walkways, no train, no bus - avoid if possible!

Not Verified | Rubbish, hardly any places to eat at all. No bars in T3 c. Staff utterly miserable. Place was filthy as well. Avoid this airport if you can. Terrible experience.

✅ Trip Verified | Really good experience. Security was busy but extremely efficient - I was travelling with far too many laptops locked in security bags (long story) which obviously raised eyebrows. Everything got searched, lots of questions asked but so friendly and professional that it was really no hassle. Could've been awful but was actually as pleasant as it could have been. Great burger (surprise!) at Carl's once airside. Seating around the gates is a bit uncomfortable but it's there and there's enough of it. The gate itself was efficiently managed and there's room without a horrible crush. All in all a good experience, and one I'd be happy to repeat.

✅ Trip Verified | It is easily accessible from the city center by metro within 30 minutes. It is clean and modern. Employees are friendly and helpful. Signposts are clear. Goods are bountiful.

Not Verified | Could this be Europe’s worst airport, at least for non-Schengen transfer passengers? No café, restaurant or shop beyond a little 7:11 and a juice bar, and those travelling to the USA just get a vending machine. No water other than in the toilets. Bad signage.

Not Verified | Very rude staff, during security check a lady couldn't explain in English what she was demanding. It was very humiliating and embarrassing. Very bad experience.
