Conakry Airport

✅ Trip Verified | Conakry is in no way a modern airport, even quite old. But it's management is stunning. I have been through this airport a great number of times over the years and am always impressed by its efficiency, especially arrivals. In 5 minutes, you get through immigration and then at the luggage carousel, something I've never seen in the possibly 200 airports I know: luggage trolleys are already positioned in front of the carousel, so very convenient. Unfortunately, to leave the airport is somewhat difficult especially for elder people as you have to push you trolley on a pretty steep ramp before exiting the airport. Also departure area needs to be modernized.
