Borg El Arab Airport

Not Verified | The staff are unprofessional and have poor manners. The officers are arrogant and disrespectful. The airport building is nice but not kept well. No good transportation and poor roads from airport to city. They don't get the fact that they need to give customer service.

❎ Not Verified | Horrible restaurants and food! Duty free was closed for no reason! We got 2 sandwiches and a coke that tasted like they were a week old and barely had any filling. Very poor image the airport itself isn’t bad but the people and cleanliness is poor. These guys really need to understand that they are just not doing any thing right.

Clean and modern. Queues at immigration especially when you find no one helping however the immigration officer was polite and friendly. Airport is isolated outside Alexandria. The only way to go to Alexandria is Taxi who normally abuse that they are the only way to leave the airport and charge too much.

Airport was new and very nice. Immigration friendly and welcoming. Nice first impression on Egypt upon arrival. Washroom need to be cleaned regularly though. Other than that it's a very nice airport for travellers to Alexandria.
