All staff members who serve in Turkish Airlines are reminded repeatedly through training programs that they must carry out their duties in accordance with rules and also must keep in consideration the satisfaction of our valued passengers. Despite this, the airport personnel who served during and after your journeys will be warned within their divisions due to not providing professional service with a smile and not using appropriate body language so as not to cause dissatisfaction to another of our passengers.
