✅ Trip Verified |  Despicable behavior of the TAROM inflight staff. I was assigned an exit row seat. The staff needs to know that assigning an exit row seat involves considerations such as the passenger's ability to meet certain requirements being able-bodied and willing to assist in case of emergencies. If a passenger does not want to sit in an exit row seat by the window, the flight crew should respect the passenger's preference and accommodate their request to the best of their ability, subject to availability. I asked for an alternative seat as there are other available seats on this flight. The rude male staff not only did not accommodate my request, he showed attitude and ignored my request. He spent zero effort on trying to accommodate my request and simply ignored me, after saying that I should move wherever I want, not his problem. I communicated to this individual that not being able to keep my purse under the seat in front of me will not be possible for me. He took my purse away from me, away from my reach.

Not Verified | Delay of 20 minutes each on take-off and landing. Obsolete aircraft; skinned seats, no screens. We were not served even a glass of water during the over 3 hour flight. This company is low-cost, not national.. The ban on putting your purse under the front seat even though those with carry-on luggage had no place to put their luggage. Ticket price too high for the services offered. Smiles and kindness are missing from the flight attendants. I felt on this flight as if I was being punished for choosing to fly with TAROM. Întârziere de câte 20 minute la decolare și aterizare. Aeronava învechită;scaune jupuit, fără ecrane. Nu ni s-a servit măcar un pahar cu apă în timpul zborului de peste 3 ore. Această companie este low-cost, nu națională. Interdicția de a-ți pune sub scaunul din față poșeta deși cei cu bagaj de mână nu aveau loc unde să-și pună bagajul. Preț prea mare al biletului pentru serviciile oferite. Zâmbetul și amabilitatea lipsesc din parte insotitoarelor de zbor. M-am simțit la acest zbor ca și cum aș fi fost pedepsită că am ales să zbor cu TAROM.

✅ Trip Verified | I had for the second time a domestic flight with my home country airline, Tarom Airlines and I admit I didn’t know what to expect for, in terms of safety and services. I feel to express my gratitude and the pride for Tarom Romania, for having such good service and professional staff. Might not be the most advanced in gadgets onboard but it’s comfortable and I felt safe even with difficult meteorological conditions due the heavy snow. And the cabin crews reminds me of the era high humanity standards.

Not Verified | Is very hard to believe that in our days still exist such bad company. Starting with the Bucharest airport which is stuck somewhere in the 80's, the airplane is an old Airbus. Service on the board, doesn't exist. The stewardesses are nonexistent during the flight, was not served even a glass of water. I'm sure that are many passengers which are thinking like me but, probably the company management don't care about the customers reviews and don't intend to change a thing.

✅ Trip Verified | Every time I pick this airline, I regret making the trip. I only select Tarom when it is the only available choice. Prices for domestic flights are ridiculously high, there is nothing but water served, aircraft are poorly maintained and flights are delayed for random reasons.

✅ Trip Verified | Boarding in Rome started ok but then we had to wait on the air-bridge because the airplane was not ready. Old airplane with not very comfortable seats (narrow), though reclining. Infotainment system worked only for flight information. Cabin crew polite but not friendly. Food and drinks for sale but they did not seem very interested to sell something. Landing ahead of schedule, luggage delivered after 30-40 minutes. I would say the flight was ok-ish.

✅ Trip Verified | Boarding on time (as I have sky priority I was among the first boarding). Aircraft clean, reclining seats. Departure on time, flight smooth. Cabin crew friendly. Catering - only products for sale. No entertainment system. Landing ahead of schedule. Luggage delivered after 40 minutes. Tarom did well.

Not Verified | Bucharest to Madrid. Flight was delayed for 1:15 hours with no explanations and updates. Gate agent played video games on his cellphone for one hour. Plane had no seat pockets, seats didn’t recline, no IFE, no charging, no free food, no free water, no business class. Economy legroom on both flights was acceptable. Bucharest Airport has no water fountains or refilling stations, and Tarom does not provide free water. The price of the ticket was $435, purchased three months ahead. Clearly, I do not recommend this airline.

Not Verified | Madrid to Bucharest. Boarding was chaotic, with no priority for families with children, or mileage status. Mobile boarding passes didn’t work, but online check-in process was adequate. Very dirty plane, with food and coffee stains on the ceiling and walls. Seats did not recline, and drinks/food were available only for purchase. Not even a cup of water was free. Sandwiches for purchase were not available anymore after 2 hours. The pilot did not make any announcements at all, his name, duration of flight, weather and so on. Flight attendants announced a 3:30 hours flight that took 2:55 hours. No IFE, no Wi-fi, and no USB charging. I would not recommend this airline, and will not fly it again.

✅ Trip Verified | The worst ever flight of my life. The airplane was seats were broken, there was a hole where you can put through your hand and feel the material inside. Arm rests falling apart. I was not told my by travel agent that there is no meal on the plane and I had to have cash to buy water as the card machine was not working. We were stuck on the plane for over an hour with no AC as there was a flight delay. Zero entertainment! Wheelchair service at Beirut was horrible. Zero health and safety regulations. To make things worse the airport in Bucharest has no Ac and it was so hot. Toilets didn't have locks. A true nightmare to be avoided.
