✅ Trip Verified | Departure from MXP with 2 hours delay. Aircraft rather aged but clean with medium legroom. They chose to have only two toilets in the rear of the aircraft. Result: people always in line waiting their turn. Hot meal served. At Casablanca, a lot of controls, really a nightmare. Departure in time. When arriving in Malpensa, my baggage was destroyed, and the same occourred to other passengers. Lost and found office opened the procedure and gave me the information of Royal Air Maroc to proceed for the compensation. I sent all documents and RAM replied that the procedure was not right (I exactly followed what they wrote). I phoned to the telephone number they gave me and this number was not in service!! Then I contacted RAM Milan office and they told me that I had to fill the form in their website. Up to now, I have not any answer from them. The organisation of this airline is really a disaster and I won't fly it anymore.

✅ Trip Verified | The Boeing 737 J class recliner seat is old, not comfortable, no IFE. Breakfast service is a misery, omelet served with 3 chunks of hard boiled beef. My Boeing 787 J class seat not cleaned: previous passenger blankets tossed in the legs compartment, oily window glass, dust and hair all over the place. Pictures attached for you to judge. Sad to pay that much for such a miserable service.

“such poor customer service”

✅ Trip Verified | The worst service at the airport. I have never experienced such poor customer service ever in my life. Flight delayed resulting in missing our connection. The ticket issued in Barcelona would not scan resulting in the airport team not allowing us to board until we visited transit and got a new ticket. In transit they advised us the flight has left as captain would not wait. Issued a new ticket for 24hrs later. No compensation no apology no hotel nothing. They simply refused to help or assist. The purpose of our travel was for a bereavement. When calling the customer service line after arriving back in the U.K. - they simply would not accept any form of complaint and requested the complaint must be logged at the airport first. Even explaining the airport staff were unhelpful and did not help me or provide any support or log of a complaint. The people working for this airline are shockingly rude. There is no customer service with this airline. I would strongly advise you not to fly with this airline company.

"not resolving lost luggage issues"

✅ Trip Verified | Long term customer of royal air maroc, I will never fly with them again. I had heard rumours of lost luggage, but could not believe the level of negligence in causing and not resolving lost luggage issues. All 3 bags never made it to my destination after a missed connection. Customer service representatives lied to me to move me along, missing luggage form was incorrectly filed, and no response to emails asking for corrections, no response to complaints via multiple avenues. Lost luggage file No and Luggage inventory form was not provided despite multiple requests. Do not fly with this airline if you like arriving with luggage. When this airline goes out of business I'll throw a party.

✅ Trip Verified | I paid for business class from Milan to Miami through casablanca. They were late, made me miss their own connection by 5 minutes, was stranded in Casablanca. They had the absolute worst customer service ever, they made me wait at airport for 4 hours while they did nothing. Then they booked me next day at 7 am to jfk, to mia, they lost my luggage and never actually bought my ticket with AA to miami from JFK so once again I was stranded in JFK having to get to Miami on my own without luggage. When i went to RAM desk at JFK, they told me to go away and file a complaint and refused to honor the business class ticket i had with them and no wifi.

✅ Trip Verified | When I went to collect my bags, I saw that the bag was broken. I took the bag and submitted a report proving the breakage at the airport. I took the request and contacted the airline to request compensation, but they told me that they could only compensate me for 100 US dollars, and the price of the bag was 150 euros. I did not accept this compensation. I sent them an email denying this, and asked for the full price of the bag, but they did not respond to me.

"I'd definitely fly them again"

Not Verified | Ground staff at JFK could have been better. I had a great deal of luggage and needed a special staff member to handle tagging. It was hard to find him - and found out he hadn't been informed for several minutes. Seats comfortable to Casablanca, good flight crew, good catering. Casablanca to Lagos had an excellent crew and the best airline catering I've had in decades of traveling. I'd definitely fly them again.

✅ Trip Verified | Today, July 13th, 2024, flying Air Maroc from Montreal through to Casablanca for a connecting flight, I had a 2 hour delay from Montreal. At Casablanca I missed the connecting flight, and was slammed with a replacement boarding pass for another flight scheduled for 24 hours! No airline official to talk to us. Not any form of resources to ameliorate the pains. It is my second time on Air Maroc, and the first experience was equally unpleasant.

And till now my luggage didn’t arrived and I asked the airport they every day tomorrow and tomorrow coming but the luggage didn’t come. I’m in holiday here without my clothes and my stuff. I feel disappointed. Very bad airline and very bad service. Especially the staff in the office who were impolite and very rude with me. Even they don’t have any respect for their is customers.
