Flew MEL-LAX and return on the A380 service in Premium Economy. After seeing some mixed reports this was a very pleasant surprise. The outward flight was on the upper deck which in Premium Economy had a bit more room and was a bit quieter than the return flight which was downstairs in Premium Economy. Both flights left and arrived right on time. In the A380 this is a very good product with the seating and comfort level almost the equivalent of older generation Business class. The cabin crew and the service were excellent the food good without being remarkable and the in-flight entertainment also excellent. This is very good value for the money especially if you book early enough when the prices tend to be lower. Compliments to Qantas.

BNE to Singapore. Checking in using machines just about everyone needed assistance. The seat allocation for my husband and I were many rows apart. Everyone ended up at the bag drop where this problem was sorted. A330 Airbus was cramped tired ditto the crew. Food less than ordinary no tray but just main meal container (one was cracked) plus roll and envelope with cutlery etc. Overheard passenger asking cabin crew member to recommend which of the meal choices - the reply was "Madam I would recommend eating before you board the plane"! The pre- landing snack was a sort of pizza contained in a thick cardboard box - made in England. Entertainment programme was minimal. Return flight fortunately on a rather more modern plane better range of entertainment but the crew were brusque uncaring and disorganised - would not feel confident about them in a crisis. Never again on Qantas.

QF 28 22nd April. Qantas experience in business class between Sntiago and Sydney was just excellent. Food was great seats brilliant and service was punctual friendly and professional. Can't fault Qantas on this service.

Traveled Qantas economy to Bangkok on flight 23 returning flight 24 the overall experience was very average. Their new menu was terrible meals were poor and they are not anywhere near the quality of other full service airlines.

Apr 23rd Perth-Melbourne QF 772. Apr 30th Melbourne-Perth QF 485. I flew Qantas London to Perth 40 years ago and vowed I would never do it again after the most horrendous experience. My daughter booked this weeks flight for me and I was horrified to find it was with Qantas. I have now forgiven her following the best interstate flight I have had and am almost looking forward to my return trip next Thursday. The cabin crew were delightful and friendly. I had an excellent stir fry served with a smile and good wine for lunch and my seat had plenty of leg room.

Melbourne to Perth return in the A330. Newer 330 was fitted with AVOD and the other older one with iPad's. Nice tasty meals both ways professional crew who were friendly and accommodating to all requests. Looking forward to the refurbishment of all the A330's in the coming year ahead. Will continue to fly Qantas as my first choice.

Sydney to Singapore QF81- All new A330-300 seating. All seats in business have direct aisle access. The suites are not as large as I had expected but still very spacious and well appointed. Q-eat is an excellent initiative and I ordered my lunch online a week earlier. No hassle trying to decide what to eat when on board. The new lap sash belt meant I could have the seat in the recline position on take off. The staff were not totally familiar with all the workings of the suite so some staff training would be helpful when customers ask a question.

Flew Sydney to LA (QF11) and LA to Sydney (QF18). Was mortified by the unprofessionalism and lack of service by the cabin crew. Memorable experiences - I asked for water and was told to wait for the cart to arrive the cart did not arrive for upwards of 20 minutes. Later in the flight I witnessed a "premium economy" member's request for a second bottle of water being serviced. I guess you have to fly premium or business to be accommodated with this airline. On two occasions we were told the hot food ran out so we could only choose the cold food. Was also served burnt garlic bread. The tray tables were dirty and sprinkled with food / sugar particles. Heard a flight attendant audibly utter how "over the flight" she was. On QF11 the toilets were not cleaned regularly. Would not recommend or fly with this airline again.

Adelaide to Canberra via Melbourne three flights on 737-800s one on a 717-200. With typical Qantas efficiency all flights departed and arrived on time and luggage was first off the carousel. Staff pleasant and professional. It's a shame that cost-cutting is so obvious - being handed a bottle of water instead of in a glass is so downmarket. And I do expect lunch and the offer of wine on a flight which departs at 11.45am and arrives at 12.50pm not a 'refreshment' and water again. But these are minor quibbles.

QF 163 Sydney to Wellington 8 April 2015. We missed our connecting flight due to the inefficiencies of Vietnam Airlines and Qantas stepped up to the party had ground crew waiting at the door of the plane whipped us of on the cart to the transfer desk booked the next flights to Wellington NZ. Extremely efficient well organised and very much appreciated. The flight was fantastic meals good quality and service attentive. (SYD-WGT).
