This means that the seating arrangement on the new aircraft was different from the one originally scheduled to operate. We are terribly sorry for this disruption and for any inconvenience caused by this. In these unexpected situations, we always do our absolute best in making sure all passengers keep their preferred, pre-booked seat type and we harm that this was not the case here.
