KHI to LHE. Ground agents polite and helpful. Security check very thorough. B772 LR was almost new personal IFE in economy and a full dinner was served. Quality of food was good and tasty. Inflight crew also cheerful.

Man-Isb B777-300ER. The flight was nice fantastic seats. The food was not bad good IFE with good movies to watch. Isb-Man B777-200LR was one of the worst flights ever! The seats weren't as good as the B777-300ER and the cabin was dull and depressing. I could hardly push my seat back no the recline and the seats were cramped and I'm only 5"2. The food was again not bad and the flight entertainment was rubbish.

LHR-KHI-LHR route. Both legs were great. Flights on time new 777s very decent IFE (much better on the 777-300) and great meals. Crew professional but could be a bit friendlier. And what really set them apart is the 40kg per PAX baggage allowance! That’s one critic eliminated and one satisfied customer created.

LHR-KHI-LHR Economy Boeing 777-200ER. During the 8 hour flight we received 2 hot meals of good quality and plenty of opportunities to get a soft beverages. PIA is a dry airline being muslim country but they do not object if you bring your own bottle. Light sandwiches are available during other times should you need a snack. IFE is a little lacking even though screens on every seats with only few movies shown and then a couple of short programs (some in English others in Urdu). Toilets were clean and crew attentive.

Dhaka - KHI Business Class. Airbus A300 clean and cabin crew professional. The food was not great. Flight attendants came around often with water or juice. IFE pretty decent although it took me awhile to figure out how to navigate through the controls. Do have to comment that both of our headsets were missing the foam padding on the ear phones of the headsets and since the headphones are integrated into the center armrests you could not ask for a new headset.

ISB-MAN. I was travelling on Pakistan International Airlines and was disappointed with the meals served. On the flight we were served two breakfasts. Many passengers asked cabin crew and they replied in a unprofessional manner that we have changed our system now and do it for all flights.

LHR-KHI return. LHR-KHI staff was rude and didnt pay any attention to any passengers requests food / meals acceptable. KHI-LHR totally different service as good as leading airlines. Offered free papers served drinks/water throughout the journey.

DXB-Lahore on an PIA fully packed flight. Check-in fast although they couldn't assign me any aisle seat. Ended in a seat in the middle of the aircraft. Boarding on A310 not very well organized ending with a 30 min delay. Service efficient and friendly. Meal quality OK but I can see some cost cutting measures like the absence of proper cutlery served in paper cups. Dinner is always the same for 1 year. Captain updated on flight status twice and apologised for delays. Howeverno in-flight entertainment of any sort at all.

ISB-LHR business class on 777. Comfortable sets not as good as on the BA but had a good sleep. Service food and drinks OK. Crew attentive and professional. I never use the IFE. PIA arrivals lounge at LHR is nice great showers.

LHR to Islamabad and impressed with the new 777. Food was ok and inflight entertainment was very good for once. Found the cabin crew very helpful and polite. I think PIA could to better with more branded gifts inflight.
