Travelled to Islamabad with kids. Plane interior was old and shabby. eat covers were torn and no pillows or blankets were available even though it was a night flight. TV screens were not working and nothing was done to rectify the problem. No choice in regards to food kids got the same dishes as the adults.

LHR-ISB. Check in was good and quite simple. The lounge was ok with some good nibbles. Boarding was very good we had priority so we were the first in. 2-3-2 layout and were booked for 3D 3E and 3H. Takeoff was smooth. The service was fantastic cabin crew were polite and helpful. The Food was the best I have had on any airline I have travelled!! The seat was comfortable. In-flight entertainment was disappointing. PIA is good at the hard and soft product.

My flight was last week between AUH-ISB. Apart from the inefficient ground staff to the lethargic cabin crew the unkempt interior and bland food they managed to lose my luggage as well. Unfortunately I should have known better because just months ago they managed to lose my mothers luggage.

I went to Islamabad on 29th September from Birmingham. Entertainment was poor inflight staff were polite and food was really poor. Came back on 11th October and faced the same issues food horrible and entertainment was non existent. Come on - eight hours flight without any entertainment?

I found my trip from LHR-ISB very easy going and comfortable the flight left on time crew and staff were very enthusiastic and willing to help the plane itself was clean and presentable with great legroom a good amount of movies to choose from. In flight meals and snacks were efficiently given out and had plenty in terms of choice same on the return journey! The airline operates a more than generous 40kg allowance per passenger which is another added bonus.

13-hour direct flight from NYC-LHE and a connecting flight to Karachi. The crew were very friendly. I lost count of how many times we were served food which was always good and had multiple components. The entertainment could have had more variety but it wasn't bad. The seats were very comfortable. Bathrooms looked clean. Even te check-in staff at NYC were helpful. What I was most surprised about was that our flight from Lahore to Karachi couldn't have been more than 1.5 hours and yet were served a full dinner. Overall my experience was excellent and the ticket was cheaper than all other airlines: we paid about $1470 for 3 flights (Atlanta to NYC NYC to LHE and LHE to Karachi).

Dubai–Karachi. Check-in process disorganized with long lines. Check-in open for two cities at the same time. Help was not available consistently. Local staff at the counter very helpful and cheerful. Nice welcome at the cabin door. Got an “A” window seat in the rear section of A310. Cabin remained very warm until the aircraft started taxiing. FAs asked passengers forcefully (but not rudely) to get to their seats and remain seated. Very proper announcements with a pleasant manner were made in Urdu and English. Sound and video quality of safety procedures slightly mumbled. No audio or video entertainment available though plane was equipped with both. Decent drinks and food service given the short 1 hour 40 minutes flight duration. Female FAs were well groomed and cheerful. Male staff looked fatigued and needed some perking up in grooming. Arrival in Karachi on time but plane was sent to the domestic satellite. Passengers were taken to the international arrivals hall by bus which was chaotic.

ISB-KHI. I had received a message the night before saying that the 10am flight would probably be delayed and this was confirmed in the morning as 12.30. Its annoying but at least I knew in advance so stayed in the hotel for a few more hours. The check-in was fine and fast at ISB and eventually we left at 12.30. Poor food just a dry sandwich and some coke so I am glad I wasn't hungry! I don't think I saw one of the crew smile for the whole flight.

Chicago ORD-Karachi KHI - B777-200. Plane was new flight crew excellent and the seats easy to sleep in. Entertainment is ok food is simple but of goof quality. Cabin crew provided kids with coloring books. Eye masks and toothbrush provided upon request crew were quick and fast to respond.

KUL-LHE and LHE-JED return. Cabin crew from KL to Lahore were not friendly. Food was ok but were not offered a choice. Inflight Entertainment very outdated. I was asked twice to move from my original seat with no apologies.
