BGO-OSL-BGO. Outbound flight on an older 737-800 but plane was clean and staff friendly and smiling. Inbound on a brand new 737-800 with Sky Interior spotless plane. Both flights were short 40-minute flights but departed on time and even arrived a bit early. Seat pitch a bit tight for a 2-meter tall man but more than good enough. Onboard WiFi is good! Automatic check-in machines and self-service bag drop a big plus makes getting to gate a lot easier. Overall very satisfied.

HEL-LGW on B737NG. Check-in perfect flight left on time. Aircraft spotless. Cabin Crew speak perfect English not overly friendly but still sufficient. Food menu is a little basic but sufficient. Expect Norway pricing. All in all an excellent airline that offers free wifi onboard. Hard to believe this airline classes themselves as a "budget airline".

A surprisingly easy enjoyable and trouble-free return trip from Gatwick to Copenhagen last weekend. The first time we've flown Norwegian for a couple of years and we noticed an improvement. Check-in machines are straightforward assigned seats are a big plus eliminating the scrum to get onboard. More legroom than I remembered as well. Ahead of time pulling back from the gate and early landing in both directions. Booked well in advance so not at all expensive. No complaints.

DUB-OSL. I paid over 200 euros to fly Norwegian and in the end end up on a budget wet leased aircraft from Smartlynx. Check-in was awful and despite being there more than 2 hours before resulted in a 45 minute wait. Onboard seating was so cramped my knees dug into the seat in front and the plane was filthy. Torn dirty seats and old parts from Air Canada visible. The Latvian crew were nowhere to be seen and their English poor. Customers thinking of flying Norwegian this summer should consider BA (from the UK).

ARN-LGW-ARN. I regularly take this return trip from Stockholm to London and thus far have been very impressed. Professional staff new aircraft and reasonable pricing policies. You would be inclined to believe you were travelling on a flag carrying international airline for most aspects of the journey the only give away is when the inflight trolley comes along and you are reminded that you actually have to pay for any snacks/beverages required. All this comes at a slightly more expensive ticket price the advantage is that you do arrive in the city advertised and not simply within a hundred miles of it. Still very competitively priced and the free wifi onboard is a big bonus.

OSL-AES. Flight from Oslo to Aalesund with two children all of us with fully flexible tickets - total cost more than 5000 NOK. Check-in pretty smooth but flight delayed 35 minutes due to late incoming aircraft. Free Wi- Fi during flight . Upon arrival in Aalesund no luggage for us. The luggage arrived next day. We had to drive 60 kms out to the airport and pick it up ourselves. No service!

Stockholm Arlanda to London Gatwick 30 March 2012 departed Stockholm more than 4 hours late - at 22.30 hrs instead of 18.15 hrs. The company blamed technical difficulties on the incoming plane but the difficulties were not resolved and passengers eventually boarded a Norwegian plane at a different gate. Although there were occasional announcements no personnel were available for most of this time and passengers were not kept informed. For the last couple of hours passengers were stuck at the gate without sufficient seats. Norwegian calls itself (and acts like) a budget airline. But I paid £238.86 return for this shoddy service.

LGW-OSL-TRO return. Check-in at Gatwick was farcical at security I discovered I'd been given a boarding pass for the Oslo to Tromso leg not the Gatwick to Oslo flight. I went back to check-in where with barely an apology the clerk printed the correct boarding pass. The 4 flights were all efficient and friendly in comfortable aircraft with good leg room. LGW-OSL flight left 80 minutes late due to fog but OSL-TRO flight was held for connecting passengers. Returning on TRO-OSL leg a replacement aircraft had to be sourced but again the OSL-LGW flight was held for us.

CPH-PRG. I arrived at CPH airport very early but was allowed to drop my luggage this turned out to be the biggest mistake. Gate still not indicated 40 minutes before boarding. Very old and dirty 737. Crew ok. In PRG the luggage delivery was delayed 25 minutes and my one was lost! After 3 days no news.

CPH-FCO-CPH. Check-in at Copenhagen was done quickly using the check-in kiosks. Fast bag-drop. I have to agree with other comments that Norwegian does not control hand baggage brought onboard boarding suffers from people placing oversized baggage into overhead lockers. Pre-paid seating was chosen which gave extra legroom. On the return flight no Norwegian kiosks available in Rome Airport but check-in desks opened almost 3 hours before scheduled flight time. Crew cheerful and attentive both ways. Food onboard is very expensive and poor quality. Flights on time and without problems.
