HKG-KIX. There was surprisingly nobody at the check-in counters even though there were 10 flights between 11AM and 1PM. Departure delayed by 20 minutes due to late boarding of 4 passengers. Plane was half full. Service efficient and professional. Return departure was 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time. Plane was 60% full. Service again was efficient and professional. Unfortunately the early arrival was off set by the delay of baggage arrival. There was announcement informing passengers that the second batch of baggage would be delayed but no reason given.
