ZRH-BOD on July 7. First of all the flight left 40 mins late not the airlines fault. The flight arrived with only a 5 min delay. The issue I have is that on a flight to France the flight attendants made the security announcements only in English and the other announcements only in German and English! The inflight service was very slow as you have to pay for your drinks and meals. No coffee or tea as the fresh water pipes were broken on the aircraft. Annoying is that you can check-in your bags only 2 hours before departure.

GVA-TFS-GVA as a charter flight. 4 hours flight with A319. which was clean and nicely done. 20kg allowance for the luggage infant travels for free. On-board service perfect. Pretty good food on both of the flights morning service with croissant bread butter jam and yoghurt and on the way back - it was a warm meal. Good old days of good food on board of an aircraft. Drinks served frequently flight attendants nice smiling and helpful. Overall perfect service. And since I book the tickets with last minute offer it was very good value for money.

Travelled from Zurich to Birmingham although booked through Swiss Air on the flight which left at 7.20 am on Tuesday 29 October. The seat was comfortable with sufficient legroom My criticism was the appalling "breakfast" a cold croissant without butter etc. handed out in a folded serviette from a basket.

ZRH-PRG the flight was operated for Swiss Int. The Helvetic´s Fokker 100 was very clean and the design was very corporate. Smiling cabin crew and tasteful pretzel just bolstered unparalleled the atmosphere of this regional flight. Can recommend to everybody.

CDG-ZRH in Economy - Swiss flight operated by Helvetic Airways Fokker 100. Very friendly and smiling stewardesses. Decent food service - croissant hot and soft drinks and the unmistakable Swiss chocolate! Clean and bright cabin comfortable leather seats with quite a generous legroom of 33in. On the downside nearly no announcement or information from the cockpit.

Birmingham-Zurich return. Fokker 100 clean and tidy despite their age. Efficient and friendly crew inflight snack not very good.

BHX-ZRH-GVA. Bang on time but delay with security at Zurich meant we held up the short hop to GVA by Swiss intl. Very good all round FA's very friendly and efficient. Return to BHX straightforward and 5 minutes early.

ZRH-MXP in economy class. Service spotless cabin crew very polite and professional and the nice touch of the German speaking pilot giving information in the final destination's language and giving farewell to the passengers after the flight standing next to the door with a box of chocolate.

Helvetic are now part of Swiss which I had the pleasure of using this past week. The cabin is spotless seats on the Fokker 100 jets are comfortable and stewardesses charming and very efficient. Both flights on time efficient low-key boarding and warm croissants (breakfast) and fresh sandwiches - not the standard Swiss cheese ones this time!

Return flight from Zurich to Vienna on a Helvetic F100 a newly founded airline operating out of Zurich. Each seat costs € 99 regardless of the time of booking. I was pleasantly surprised by both flights. Excellent aircraft with above average legroom (since Helvetic's F100 only seat 100 pax which is below maximum configuration) comfortable leather seats and stylish cabin decor. Flight attendants were very friendly attentive and professional. They offer a good range of snacks and drinks.
