Not Verified | The Seat: I sat in seat 7A next to the window, this seat was spacious and much better than other airlines I've flown in this region. There was ample legroom, the width was reasonable and the window on the Embraer 195 was large as normal. The 2-2 configuration of the cabin is interesting and is incredible due to lacking a middle seat. The Service: The staff were perfectly friendly, kind and polite with us and offered us gingerbread men and water during the flight. The gingerbread was better than I expected and the water was normal. The Ground Service: The flight was perfectly on time and we landed on schedule. The boarding was normal and was completely seamless, which was surprising at Gatwick. Overall, the flight was seamless and comfortable. I booked this flight using miles so I can't comment on the price but I would definitely recommend Helvetic Airlines if you are flying to Switzerland over low-cost airlines like EasyJet in the same region.

Not Verified | Pathetic service. Lost cabin baggage on trip from Venice via Zurich to Amsterdam. For 5 days they are searching for my two bags which apparently took a lonely walk out. This after Swiss at Venice said my cabin bags should be checked in. Big mistake. You call everyday and get the poor call agents who don't know much. No priority placed and incorrect information provided. Pathetic service.

✅ Trip Verified | A short flight with this airline on behalf of Swiss. Plane was all clean and modern and had USB outlets. Staff was friendly and professional. Food and beverages were buy on board unfortunately but a bottle of water and a chocolate were complementary. All in all a rather uneventful flight but good and professional as it should be.

✅ Trip Verified | Always a pleasure to fly with Swiss, safety comes first with them then the comfort. On my flight back to Switzerland from Bucharest I had such a nice experience thanks to Paul who attended the business class passengers. I felt like I am flying first Class because of his service.

Not Verified | We flew several times with this company and lately it has become worse and worse. The aircrafts are old and dirty (we found an oil stain with tomato on the seat of our last flight), the seats very uncomfortable (even hazardous) with tiny leg space (on a flight ZRH-BDS in business class I hurt myself with a iron hook coming out from the armrest), the C class is not a real business: no separation between compartment, food is poor quality and boring (one Y passenger even decided to reseat himself in C class and he was even allowed to stay there) so think twice when spending extra money for C tickets on Helvetic, not worth it at all, just reseat yourself there.

✅ Trip Verified | LX1579 from Vienna to Zurich operated by Helvetic Airways. The flight was completely full, but boarding was expertly handled by the crew and went very smoothly. The E190-E2 is a small aircraft and space in the overhead bins is limited. The crew assisted passengers with finding a place for their carry-on luggage and in the end, all luggage could be stored somewhere. Also, the crew were very friendly and courteous. As this was a very short flight, a small snack was served, which was excellent. All in all, a very comfortable short flight on a small aircraft with an excellent crew.

Not Verified | Birmingham to Zurich. I am an incredibly nervous flyer, and was flying at 25 weeks pregnant so much more anxious than usual. When I checked in the airline immediately clocked that I was pregnant and told me to come and queue up with priority customers even though I was flying economy. When I did they showed me to a seat to sit in while I waited for the coach which was so helpful and kind. On the plane the hostess noticed my anxiety during takeoff and throughout the flight they checked in with me constantly with such patience and kindness - offering me a bottle of water to sip and calm my breathing down, giving comforting reassurances at the slightest sign of turbulence, and before we landed coming and offering a little cuddly toy plane for my unborn baby. The genuinely caring nature of all the staff was absolutely superb, and such an enormous comfort to a more vulnerable person. I was so grateful and thoroughly impressed with every staff member involved at each step of the way.

Not Verified | Zurich to London City. Very pleased with service received, flight attendant went out of his way to recognise we were flying business as technically non exists on this short hop flight. Given Easter gifts as well as free flowing champagne and cognac. Plane was very clean, quiet and modern.

✅ Trip Verified | Marseille to Zurich. A lazy check-in (not Helvetic employee) who did not want to check my luggage through its final destination, neither to release a lounge voucher (Star Alliance Gold). I finally had a great trip in this old Fokker 100. Crew was extremely attentive, flight on time, and aircraft clean as snow.

Not Verified | Budapest to Zürich. Even though the F100 aircraft was rather old, the comfort was very good. The seats were very comfortable and had a lot of leg space. The crew was very nice and had a beautiful uniform. The onboard service provided was the same as on every other Swiss international Airlines flight. The information given by the crew was accurate ond easy to understand. I really liked this flight
