Not Verified | Terrible, after 30 mins we were diverted back to Turkey due to technical issues, 5 hrs on plane, 1 cup of water offered only after complaints made, small pathetic cake given once airborne, no compensation given as not part of EU! Never have I been treated so badly, I now know how being held hostage fells! Never will I book a holiday that involves this company.

✅ Trip Verified | So, we booked with TUI and everything is perfect, we book our seats, everything, TUI calls us up and says we have to swap the flights for a day extra because they forgot to confirm the seats and stuff, we got on the plane, toilets stank, cabin crew looked tired, playing games on their phones and eating food in the back, rude, unprofessional, had to even pay £4 for a small water, seats falling apart, plane falling apart, armrest broken. Never ever fly Freebird airlines unless you really have to, and even then consider cancelling the whole holiday because it’s terrible.

✅ Trip Verified | On my booked Holiday via Check24.de und ForYouTravel (both Germany) from Köln to Antalya my baggage didn't appear in Antalya. When I asked for my baggage they said in Antalya that my baggage felt down from the carrier from the Plane to the Terminal. My baggage was damaged. Complaints by Freebird Airlines didn't result in any apologize or take into account to pay the damage. Please be warned before you decide to fly with this airline.

Not Verified | I was really happy for the service provided. Although this was a budget airline, it did not affect my experience. The flight crew were amazing and the pilots the same. The only advice or suggestion I would give is allow cabin to accept card payments because not everyone carries cash. I would have loved to have purchased a beverage but unable to due to this reason. Other than that, the experience and all was great and couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Not Verified | Myself and my daughter had a flight due to leave at from Manchester to Dalaman at 9.40am and never left till 7 hours later. Got one £10 voucher which doesn't cover tea and toast. Plane refuelled with us on it and told us to undo the seat belt. No proper claim form in website, whatapp person disrespectful, in the end you have to use Contact Us form. Once finally claimed for compensation first offered us £275 airline voucher (never would use them again), then refused, offered £300, and then finally got £350 x2 owed.

✅ Trip Verified | Checked in online but still required to collect boarding passes at check in desk, arrived & 2hrs in advance, still in queue with large portion of other passengers & 20 mins before scheduled departure, plane theoretically boarding. No time for food or toiletries at duty free. Other passengers with mobility issues, all of us having to rush through airport.

✅ Trip Verified | It is so bad. We have delay in departure for about 4hours, the worst thing is that they do not explain or even apologize. I am so sorry. I never want to buy ticket from this company. I have a 8-year old boy. He can't tolerate this situation. We pass the searching gate and at final time we know about 4-hour delay.

Not Verified | Lost my baggage and took 7 days to retrieve it. Ruined my whole holiday. Was so hard to even get a single reply. Both flights delayed 2hrs in total. Picked up my suitcases with missing wheels. Awful. Avoid.

✅ Trip Verified | They broke our baby stroller and for one month long they are refusing to refund our money pretending that our bank details are incorrect which is not the truth. The details are correct, the problem is Freebird, that promised us a refund and now they don't want to refund us. Never ever fly with this company.
