✅ Trip Verified | This flight was unsatisfactory due to the lack of vegetarian food and the crew's handling of the situation. About four hours after the first meal had been served, the crew came round giving out snacks. I had booked a vegetarian meal and asked for vegetarian snacks. I was told that there weren't any. When I explained that I had booked vegetarian food, I was told that it did not extend to snacks. This seems very unfair to me. I explained that I was hungry and didn't really feel I could wait for two hours until the next meal. I was told that I should have brought my own food and they had nothing to give me. In the end, a crew member said that if I wanted, she would give me the vegetarian portions of her meal and go hungry. Another crew member told me that I had made her feel bad by complaining about the poor food service. I felt unfairly treated.

My heart is filled with gratitude to them and Asiana Airlines. And by the way, Asiana serves the most amazingly fresh and tasteful meals I have ever had in the air. Long Live Asiana Airlines

✅ Trip Verified | I cannot praise this airline enough. The service on board is fantastic. The crew cannot do enough for you. The food is like dining in a 5 star restaurant! We had a six course meal for lunch including soup! Everything about Asiana was great. The only minor grip is that the IFE could be better. Very limited choice. If they can expand that then they are definitely a winning airline.

Not Verified | I always enjoyed flying this airline. What really stood out for me is the service. The cabin crew were going around to check if everything was fine and they were so friendly. I pre-ordered a seafood meal and to be honest, it was pretty delicious. Also, the seat was comfortable with plenty of legroom and width. Overall, I was very impressed.

✅ Trip Verified | Boarding processes at both Sydney and Seoul were smooth and on time. The A350 plane from Sydney to Seoul was new and comfortable, the B777 aircraft from Seoul to Istanbul was pretty old. The in-flight entertainment was outdated, with small screens and no on-demand video system. The meals served on both flights were ordinary, with tasteless salads and sweets. Less spicy Western alternatives would be appreciated. There was an issue with special meal ordering on the Asiana website. The cabin crew were attentive and polite, and seats on both flights were comfortable. Overall Asiana is a good airline but should improve the entertainment system and inflight meals.

✅ Trip Verified | On time departure from Seoul. The aircraft looked really old but reasonably clean. Cabin crew seemed to be nice and polite. My only concern was the food service. Never experienced such rushed service although there was a lot of time. I was only halfway with the starter when they served tea and coffee. I wanted to finish the meal first but they didn’t come around a second time. Mixed feelings.

Not Verified | The website is useless and their reservations hotline recommended Expedia. Trying to book flights to Europe from Japan, no credit card works. Ended up having to call them and troubleshoot for 20 minutes, had to redo registration and then not include mileage number to finally get it to work

✅ Trip Verified | While in Europe you only get a free seat and a shabby lunch set on short and medium-haul routes, at Asiana the business customer gets a top-quality product on a flight from Korea to Japan. Add to this that the departure times are on time, the service is first class and the staff is professional and friendly. For this you pay about the same price as with a European airline.

✅ Trip Verified | I recently flew with Asiana Airlines from Almaty to Sydney with my two young pre-school children. We arrived slightly late to the flight. Two of our check-in bags were slightly over the standard weight limit of 23 kilograms. Asiana Airlines insisted that we either repack our bags to fit within the 23-kilogram limit or pay a significant fee for the excess weight. I requested an exception to be made based on our circumstances. The regional manager exhibited rudeness and a lack of understanding. This service was not only disappointing but also added unnecessary stress to an already challenging experience. I urge Asiana Airlines to reassess their baggage policy to allow for reasonable flexibility.

Good quality amenities. Clean and well stocked rest rooms. Decent size too. Good food. Good lounges. Organised. Negatives: Cabin temperature was very warm. Prevented me from sleeping.
