It is the best company we traveled, does not have a great lip service, but for short flights is very good, entertainment on board, with satellite TV with many channels. Embraer aircraft are very good, the seats are 2x2, which is very good in the case of AZUL aircraft - always clean and the seats are leather, very good!

The pitch in each seat is good. The aircraft has a leather seat and a tv screen per each seat. If you plan to sleep well onboard, it is better to take a small pillow with you. The seat´s backing is not appropriate for it.
