Skytrax launch the latest World Airline Customer Survey
Skytrax has launched the 2016/2017 Airline Customer Satisfaction Survey, providing travellers across the globe the opportunity to nominate their favourite airline in the World Airline Awards.
With a choice of 6 different survey categories, customers can vote for the airline they believe provide the best standards to customers – for the total trip experience, the best seats, the best lounges, the best onboard meals, the best cabin staff and the best airline inflight entertainment.

In the previous year Survey, some 19.2 million customer surveys were completed, across a range of survey topics. The Survey covers full-service and low-cost airlines. More than 104 different nationalities participated in the 2015 customer satisfaction survey, which covered over 280 airlines, from largest international airlines to smaller domestic carriers.
