I find it hard to agree with your 4 Star ranking of Air France. On our recent trip we had so many problems, including being bumped due to overbooking, poor FA service and unconfortable seats. This was more like a 2 Star airline.    (AW - Denmark)

We did not know anything about Asiana Airlines until we saw their 5 Star status. Pleased to say we have now used them 3 times to fly UK-Australia return .... each time they have been truly excellent.    (DSJ - Manchester)
