SKYTRAX conduct market research studies across the world airline and airport industry, and we are often asked to conduct Online Customer Service surveys. Our Travel Research Panel (which has more than 60,000 members around the globe) are active participants in these studies, with selected Panel Members also invited to take part in airline Product and Service trials.

Participation is generally on a non-revenue basis, although in selected circumstances an airline (or airport) might offer some small token of thanks for our panel member's contributions.
