This Turkish Airlines lounge is one of the more amazing lounges I've been. Stopovers aren't long enough to enjoy the lounge - food is abundant and delicious. Staff at the entrance could be nicer though, and also the staff should also improve their foreign language skills.

Turkish Airlines business class lounge at Istanbul Ataturk Airport is amazing and very spacious, with loads of seats. Plenty of food and beverages. Shower facilities are clean. Wifi is strong. Has some lockers for those who want to do some last minute shopping. All very comfortable, and look forward to my next visit.

I am surprised to now see more and more DO&CO service staff in this Turkish Airlines lounge wearing the poison green latex gloves! Working myself in the hospitality business and as frequent traveller, I never saw such lounge service staff wearing latex gloves. This reduces the quality of service and appearance of this wonderful lounge and is not at all DO&CO standard.

Always a nice momentum at the Turkish Airlines lounge in Istanbul. The quality of food is a must, but the staff service could be better. Concierge service just very basic - ask once for a Japanese newspaper and you will understand. Look yourself is their answer, just walk around the 2 floors. Another time I was able to get a room to rest and refresh between two flights coming from Osaka. However, once the staff walk around on the wooden floor with high heels you are not able to sleep - just impossible to sleep.

Had a six hour layover on the outbound flight, and Turkish Airlines lounge is a great place to spend that time. Plenty of seating of different types and lots of different cooking stations throughout both floors of the lounge. Self service bars at numerous locations all with top quality drinks available and soft drinks available from large chiller cabinets. Quality of food and variety was very good and there was lots to do to pass the time. The toilets were spotless, although the use of mirrors opposite the entrance and sliding wall of the entrance could be confusing. On the return journey only has two hours and although the lounge was very busy we found seats easily.

I am writing his from the Turkish Airlines lounge in Istanbul. This lounge is much hyped by commentators, so I arrived three hours before my LH flight to FRA. As others have observed, the lounge is huge and crowded. At noon, there are seats of all types available. On the negative side, the floor and the carpetings are tired and dingy. The front desk staff were efficient, but not particularly welcoming. The food choices and quality are unsurpassed in any lounge I have ever visited. It's like patronizing a five star restaurant where everything is free. There is a huge salad bar, two hot soups, an endless choice of hot dishes from the kitchen, and desserts - particularly pastries, to satisfy any craving. There are at least two well-stocked bars. The impressive thing here is that they not only offer top shelf spirits, they offer a choice amongst top shelf alcohol. For instance, in rum, they have Bacardi, Havana Club, and Captain Morgan. There is a very large selection of red and white wines, but lamentably, no sparkling wine. This lounge is eminently worth a visit. Come early and come hungry; you won't be disappointed.

This Turkish Airlines lounge at Istanbul Airport is something that you need to experience. Good food, service and all the things you can do during a longer layover.

Excellent lounge with dedicated entry from check in. Great foods and drinks, spacious, on the spot neck massage fab. Fresh delicacies and plenty of space. Although always crowded. PC and printer available. Library and cinema, TV areas, snooker, video games. You can leave luggage in transparent locker which are easy to identify and very handy. All divided in two floors with direct exits to gates or shopping areas. Showers and restroom impeccable. Snooker room and library plus plenty of siting room. I personally find it crowded no matter what time of day you visit it.

This is what you call business class, in fact you could call it First Class. Mountains of food, good wifi, friendly and professional staff, plenty of seating. But it is the food that makes this place. Prepared by DoCo I believe.

Friendly reception, clean, big windows, calm atmosphere. No clock or time visible, Not easy to find (mainly due to work in progress at the terminal). Broken glasses offered. Lighting was on, while there was more than enough light from outside because of the sunny day. No shaded windows. The inside temperature was high, in combination with the lighting. High occupation, during busy times so even less comfort and food available. Grey interior, not welcoming, feels more static. Food is scarce. Very little improvement overall, compared to prior to the renovation. This is an outstation shared lounge, affecting all customer airlines of the ground handler.
