"experience very disappointing"

(Denmark)

Verified Review | I was looking forward relaxing in the Gold lounge in Copenhagen operated by SAS. The experience was very disappointing. Limited selection of food and in a desperate cost saving attempt all news papers had been removed and replaced by electronic copies which to access you needed to install an app. Bad experience. I can understand it as a value add a supplement to the physical news papers but as a replacement. Shame on your SAS.

"A relaxing lounge"

(Norway)

A relaxing lounge with understated Scandinavian design. It has a nice assortment of snacks and beverages. Alcoholic drinks are not served before 7am and only wine and beer until noon. Spirits are available in the afternoon so that may be a little unusual for the international traveler. Staff are courteous and efficient. Overall a nice place to regroup before a flight.

"very poorly maintained"

(Norway)

Verified Review | This Aspire handling lounge was very poorly maintained. It was overcrowded, dirty, and the receptionists were not very friendly. The tables were laden with empty glasses and dishes and people had a hard time finding a place to sit. For a Business Class lounge, it really does make the cut.

"Worst lounge ever"

(France)

Verified Review | Worst lounge ever if we can name it lounge! First the lounge opens late in the morning; then if your flight is early, you won't have a chance to relax and have a drink. The lounge looks like a very old ikea store with very cheap and over used furnitures. The food selection is poor, the croissants are not fresh and taste bad, no coke, few sodas. Not enough seats for all the guests. Poor wifi connection. No toilets.

"healthy selection of food"

(Sweden)

Silver lounge at Stockholm Arlanda is accessible with SAS-plus ticket, or can be purchased for 200-300 SEK (20-30€). I found it to have a good, fresh and healthy selection of food. Not a lot of choice on food, more choice on non-alcoholic beverages. Very good wi-fi connectivity and plenty of space in the lounge with many different kinds of seats to choose from.

"not top-notch but recommend"

(Austria)

Verified Review | The SAS lounge for Star Alliance Gold members at Copenhagen Kastrup airport has a new and fresh appearance, although the interior looks is a bit too overdesigned. Likewise, there is a large of variety of different sorts of seats wich are randomly mixed. By contrast, the offered selection of drinks is quite good and the breakfast buffet is alright. However, the only big disappointment were the shower facilities which made a terrible outdated and nagged impression. On the positve side I have to mention that the lounge is very spacious, the complimentary wifi is very fast, and the staff was extraordinarily helpful. To sum it up: This lounge is not top-notch but definitely to recommend!

"staff was excellent"

(Sweden)

I was resting in this lounge before I took my flight back home. It is a bit small, but quite cosy. The staff was excellent. But one thing: They had only a few food items to chose between. That was ok anyway. There was also plenty of free drinks, both soft drinks, juice, water and alcoholic beverages. It was indeed ok while waiting a few hours for the flight, and it was nearby the gate too. Probably the best experience this time at Chicago Airport (ORD).

"was a bit of a disappointment"

(United Kingdom)

SAS Scandinavian Gold lounge at CPH Airport is located outside security. No signage to guide you to it. Poor selection of food, mostly hot dogs. Very busy. Very poor wifi. Not a great place to actually relax. Showers are very dated. Considering how good their business class cabin was, the lounge was a bit of a disappointment.

"hassle-free lounge experience"

(Finland)

SAS gives you the opportunity to purchase lounge access during online check-in in for 22€ per person and we wanted to try out the SAS Lounge in Stockholm Arlanda Airport (Schengen area, T5). Entered an airy and relatively large lounge with Scandinavian design for a quick lunch between flights and the fresh cold buffet plus soup with a selection of breads was more than enough for us. This lounge is larger than the one in Helsinki Airport (SAS Lounge) and the cold buffet more extensive, moreover, we didn't need to stand in line for seats to be vacated in the Arlanda lounge, which has been the case twice in Helsinki in April-May 2016. Enjoyable and hassle-free lounge experience in Arlanda!
