"relax or work as you like"
1 reviews M Gammel (Germany)
✅ Verified Review | The new Business Lounge at the satellite Terminal 2 is a quiet place, where you can wait for the departure of your plane. You will find toilets, showers, newspapers, power to charge your phone/tablet etc., Wi-Fi, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), cold and warm food, fruits, sweets etc. You can relax or work as you like.

"a bit nicer than a few others"
s Bhattacharya (United States)
✅ Verified Review | Used the Lufthansa lounge at New York JFK when travelling as an Air China customer. It was your typical airline lounge, perhaps a bit nicer than a few others I've visited. Plenty of seating, drinks, food, areas to plug in, tv room with some big screens. Reading other reviews, it sounds like it's quite a bit better than actual Air China lounges in other areas of the world.

"lounge was planned too small"
3 reviews S Oelze (Germany)
✅ Verified Review | I think that the lounge for Senator's and Star Alliance Gold members in the Schengen area in Frankfurt is pitiful. Unlike Lufthansa's offer in Munich of a total of 4 different lounges for Schengen arrivals and departures, Frankfurt has only one. After the A-Terminal-extension, frequent flyers were hoping a major improvement, but it is clear the lounge was planned too small for all the passengers that would use it. So, this lounge certainly does not deliver relaxation and peace and quiet - it's a fight for space. Also, the food offer is terrible compared to other LH Senator lounges in London or Munich. How can this be at Lufthansa's main hub?

"it has great facilities"
1 reviews V Rannakatam (United States)
✅ Verified Review | This is my third visit to the Lufthansa Senator lounge at Frankfurt airport. I love this lounge as it has great facilities such as showers, sleeping areas and good food and drinks selection. It has large windows with nice views of the tarmac and it has a lot of natural light. The drinks and dessert selection is nice with some really nice german beers on tap. The food selection is okay (mainly sausage). I wish they had some additional options for hot food. This lounge makes layovers at Frankfurt airports pleasant and comfortable. The lounge also has free luggage storage areas and their staff are friendly.

"staff was helpful and friendly"
8 reviews Andreas Hartlieb (Austria)
✅ Verified Review | This Lufthansa lounge made a bright impression. The typical elegantly designed Lufthansa fauteuils were quite new and cofortable. A fast wifi. Moreover, the provided pastries were delicious and the coffees satisfied me. Genererally the selection of beverages was average; even champagne was avialable. Likewise, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

"food better than lounges in Germany"
9 reviews S Halim (United Arab Emirates)
✅ Verified Review | As a Business Class passenger on Swiss, I was given an invitation to use the Lufthansa lounge in Concourse D. It was around midnight and the lounge was quite full. It had the typical German style decor and the food offerings were much better than LH lounges in Germany. Surprisingly there were no computers or printers if you need to get some work completed but the staff were kind enough to give me the email address where they printed out whatever I sent to that address.

"very limited food and drink"
4 reviews Lutz Kosbab (Germany)
✅ Verified Review | This small lounge has recently been renovated and looks now much more modern than before. Just wider lounge chairs and two relax chairs to lay up your legs. Very nice. Still no daylight, still no bathroom inside the lounge, still very limited food and drink offer.

"a fight for space and quiet"
3 reviews Stefan Oelze (Germany)
Senator Lounge Terminal A (Schengen) at Frankfurt. A real disappointment after Lufthansa finally opened their new lounges as part of the Z-Terminal extension. Not enough space from day 1 to cater for all the guests, even in the Senator Lounge. It's a fight for space and quiet. Unfortunately, the food offers pales in comparison to what Lufthansa for instance offers in Heathrow's T2. Why they would do that at their home base in beyond me. But being a Senator at Frankfurt airport - at least for Schengen flights - feels like cattle herded together.

"lounge appeared very dismal"
8 reviews Andreas Hartlieb (Austria)
The Lufthansa Senator Lounge in Boston is rather small compared to their counterparts on other airports. Hence it got very cramped before the evening departures started boarding. The lounge appeared very dismal due to the fact that there were no windows except one in the rearward area of the room. The furnishing looked a bit neglected too. By contrast, the washrooms were very clean and modernly done up. When it comes to the catering the only snacks were some packets of crisps, cookies and strange looking sandwiches. The choice of beverages was better but still medicore considering comparable lounges from Lufthansa.

"impressed by the quality"
1 reviews Cassio Amorim (Japan)
Very comfortable and new lounge. I was really impressed by the quality. There were many types of beverages, from water, juice and sodas, to several types of wine (2 red, 2 white, 1 sparkling), beers and many spirits - coffee and tea were also available in many forms. The buffet was very generous in variety; mostly small snacks and sandwiches, salad, soup and dessert, as well as bread, but the hot snack included very good Brazilian "pao de queijo" and other tasty treats. Toilets were clean, internet access was fair for the country's quality (above average, indeed), nothing to complain. Another important good point is that the lounge is quite close to the gate. I believe no one would take more than 10 minutes to a relatively far gate (5 minutes for me). And they announce the boarding time, so you can really leave your seat in the lounge straight to the airplane. This definitely makes a positive difference in travel comfort.
