"very tired and sad lounge"

Not Verified | This DNATA lounge at Singapore Terminal 3 is a very tired and sad lounge. Carpets are stained and worn. The seating in worse condition. Limited food and beverages. Poor Wi-Fi. A lounge designed to leave as quickly as possible. Only saving grace is the friendly staff.

"close to the worst lounge"

Trip Verified | This DNATA lounge used by Qatar Airways has to be close to the worst lounge I have ever used. How a five star airline like Qatar, so excellent in all other respects, and an airport like Changi which has to be the best in the world can use this travesty of a business class lounge astonishes me. I can only remember one lounge quite this bad in some 25 years of flying. It was overcrowded, noisy, not particularly clean and the food/beverages looked distinctly unappetising. When I say the business class seating area at the departure gate was more pleasant you can get the picture. Every other Qatar lounge I have used is fine. Why oh why do they persist with this dreadful lounge?

"disappointing experience"

Verified Review | Used this lounge on a Garuda Indonesia flight. Food looked like it had been there for hours without being refreshed. Selection of food is what you would expect from a low-cost/budget carrier, not a 5-star airline where you pay roughly €2200 for a ticket. Showers were dirty: hairs on the walls, stains and dirt in the sink. Overall a very disappointing experince compared to our flight from Amsterdam - the KLM lounge at Schiphol was 100x better than the DNATA lounge at Changi Singapore. Also very poor wifi - we were not even able to do a simple facetime audio call.

"impressed by helpfulness of staff"

Verified Review | We have just visited this DNATA lounge at Terminal 1 (travelling with British Airways) for the second time in ten days and wanted to say that we were hugely impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, the comfort and ambience of the lounge and the quality of the food. One of the best if not the best airport lounges we have used in many years of travelling.

"lounge was filthy dirty"

Unverified | This DNATA lounge was filthy dirty. The carpets and furniture were badly stained. The washrooms were disgusting they were so dirty, I refused to use them, public facilities were cleaner. The lounge was pokey and small. The food was unappetising and no telling how long it had been displayed. Qatar Airways should be ashamed to send their business class passengers to such a poor facility. I cannot give more star ratings below because it was not good enough to earn one star.

"small lounge and old"

This DNATA lounge is a very average lounge, no usbs for charging. Limited food choices, mostly snacks. A small lounge and old. I can't believe there's a lounge like this in the magnificent Changi Airport and used by one of the top airlines such as Qatar Airways.

"dirty plates and rubbish"

Verified Review | Used this lounge travelling with Qatar Airways. All the empty tables had dirty plates and rubbish on them so nowhere to sit down with a clean table. The internet kept dropping out. Children running around in the food area making it dangerous with people having hot food on plates or drinks in their hand. Worst lounge I've been in.

"an excellent lounge"

An excellent lounge one of the best I have visited, very calming with good hot and cold food selection, much better than old lounge and in my opinion better than the impersonal Hong Kong lounge which seems to get mentioned a lot! Very conveniently placed in T1 with welcoming staff, great ambience/decoration, I particularly like the Elise Von Stolk ceramic artwork.

"lounge a little bit disappointing"

I found overall the DNATA lounge at Singapore Changi Terminal 3 a little bit disappointing for what is expected from an airline like Qatar Airways. The space is small, the variety of food and beverages is limited. The area is very noisy and some areas for seating were dirty. It helps that the personnel is very courteus and helpful and the internet connection is very good.

"Wifi here is very poor "

Used this lounge as a Cathay Pacific customer. The variety of food in this lounge is above average compared to other lounges in Changi Airport but is not as good as those in Hong Kong Airport. Wifi connection here is very poor by Singapore standard. I am here at 5am in the morning when there are not too many other guests and yet, I am getting only <1Mbps connection speed. A typical Singapore home uses 100Mbps! They have international electric sockets which is very convenient. Unfortunately there are not enough of them around the lounge especially the dining area.
